Salam Alaykum. Aaj hum baat karengay unn cheezo ke baarey mein jinsey roza toot-ta hain aur jinsey nahi toot-ta. Roza’y ki haalat mein aap joh kuch bhi galti/hadsaati taur par, anjaaney mein ya bhool se kar guzartay hain toh ussey aap ka roza nahi toot-ta, jaisey khaane ya peeney se. Aisey mein jurmaaney ki zarurat nahi, aap ko sirf chootey huye har ek roza’y ke liye (badlay mein) uski ek qaza adaa karni hogi. Jaisey agar aap roza’y ki haalat mein bhool se khaatay hain ya peetay hain aur phir aap ko yaad aajayein aur aap kahey: ‘Ahh! Mera roza toot gaya’ aur phir aap uss din khaana jaari rakhein, aisey mein jurmaaney ki zaroorat nahi hai kyunkay aap soch rahay thay ke roza toot chuka hai, aur aap ne jaan-boojh-kar apna roza nahi toda.

Lekin joh kuch bhi aap jaan-boojh-kar apna roza todney ke liye kartey hai, uske liye kaffarah adaa karney ki zarurat hain. Kaffarah iskay maeney hai jurmana jab aap Ramzan mein roza todtey hai, baaki dino mein nahi. Kyukay Ramzan mein roza farz hain, Ramzan ke alawah baaki sab naf’l hain, sunnat hain, waajib hain, lekin Ramzan mein roza farz hain, yeh hukum hai ke hamein Ramzan mein roza rakhna hain, toh har uss rozay ke liye joh Ramzan mein jaan-boojh-kar toda gaya hai uss ke liye jurmaana, kaffarah, hota hai.

Teen qism ka kaffara, jurmaana hota hai. Pehli qism hai ek ghulam ko azad karna taakey Ramzan mein roza todney ka aapka gunaah maaf hojayein. Ya phir 60 roz tak lagataar, roza rakhna hoga, baghair waqfay ke (dino ke darmiyaan koi faasla nahi). Aur jin khawateen ko haiz aata hai, jawaan khawateen, agar woh iss kaffara’y ki niyyat karlein, toh woh roza saktey hain aur jab unko haiz aajayein, toh woh apna roza tod saktey hain aur jaisey hi haiz khatam hojayein unhein dobarah se roza rakhna shuru karna hoga baghair kisi takheer ke aur lagataar 60 roz mukammal honey tak isay jaari rakhna hai. Shayad unhein uss dauraan ek baar haiz ho, ya shayad do dafa, Allahu ‘A’alam, lekin unhein lagataar roza’y rakhney hongey darmiyaan mein haiz ke dino ko chhod kar jab tak unkey kaffara’y ke 60 din mukammal nah hojayein.

Jin logon ne unhein inn do mahinay, Rajab aur Shaban, Ramzan ke sath, ke rozay ke silsiley mein pucha tha, Mawlana Shaykh Mehmet ne unn logo se yeh kaha, kaffara’y ki niyyat, bhi karein. Mard hazraat ke liye ya phir zaeef umr ki khawateen (jinhein haiz nahi aata ho) ke liye joh yeh teen muqaddas mahiney roza’y rakhna chahtey hain kaffara’y ki niyyat se bhi, unhein Rajab ki shuruwat ke ek din pehley se roza rakhna shuru karna hoga, Ramzan tak 60 din mukammal karney ke liye. Lekin khawateen jinhein haiz aata ho, agar unhein bhi Rajab aur Shabaan ke roza’y rakhney hain, toh unhein dino ka hisaab pehley se hi lagana hoga taakey jab Shaban khatam hojayein toh unkey 60din ke rozey mukammal ho chukey ho Ramzan se pehley. Yehi hai dusray qism ka kaffarah.

Teesri qism hai, agar aap dusrey do nahi kar saktey, toh aap ek miskeen ko 60 din tak khana khilaaye, subah aur shaam, do mahiney tak. Ya phir ek hi din mein 60 miskeen logo ko khana khilaayein, subah aur shaam, taakey unka peth bhar jaaye aur woh mutmaeen hojayein. Toh yeh teesri qism hain.

Ek din ek aadmi ne Rasool’Allah ﷺ ke paas aakar kaha: “Ya Rasool’Allah, mainey Ramzan mein apna roza jaan-bujh-kar tod diya”.

Phir Rasool’Allah ﷺ jawab mein farmatein hai: “Ek ghulam ko azaad kardo”.

Uss aadmi ne kaha: “Merey paas koi ghulam nahi hain. Main khud ek ghulam jaisa hu”. Phir Rasool’Allah ﷺ farmatein hai: “Do mahiney roza’y rakho, 60 din”

Phir uss aadmi ne kaha: “Ya Rasul Allah, agar mujh mein itni taaqat hoti toh main Ramzan mein apna roza nahi todta”. Phir Rasool’Allah ﷺ farmatein hai: “60 miskeen logo ko khana do, subah aur shaam ke liye”.

Uss aadmi ne jawab farmaya: “Main bahut bahut gareeb hu aur yeh bhi meri haisiyat mein nahi”.

Phir Rasool’Allah ﷺ ek sahaba se farmatein hain: “Andar jaayein aur 60 din ka khaana lekar aayein, kuch gandum ya kuch khaney ka samaan joh 60din tak kaafi hojayein aur woh isay dedo usay le jakar khaaney ke liye, aur yeh ab theek hai tumhara kaffarah ab mukammal ho chuka hai.”

Rasool’Allah ﷺ uski madad kar rahey they uska kaffarah adaa karney mein.

Kaffara’y ki sirf ek hi qism mashoor hai joh hai 60 dino ke rozay ki, lekin dar haqeeqat iss ki 2 aur qism’ein /iqsaam hai.

Agar aap Ramzan mein jaan-boojh-kar roza tod detey hain kisi ek din, do din ya pooray Ramzan ke liye, kaffarah ek hi hai: 60 din. Agar aap tawbah kartey hai aur Ramzan mein rozay nahi rakhnay par maafi talab kartey hai toh iss tawbah se pehlay joh kuch bhi roza’y aap sey chhoot gayein thay iss ka kaffara ek hi hai: 60 dino ka. Jab aap apney 60 din ka kaffara mukammal kar chukay ho, to aap unn roza’y ki qaza shuru kar saktey hain jo aap se chhoot gaye thay, din- bah-din, aap jab bhi yeh kar saktey hain, to woh mukammal hojayega. Lekin agar iss kaffara’y ko mukammal karney ke baad, aap ne dobarah koi roza toda, to aap par naya kaffarah laazim hojayega, joh purana kaffarah aap ne kiya tha woh ab nahi maanaa jayega, yeh sirf uss kaffara’y se pehlay chhodey gaye roza’y ke liye durust hoga, inn roza’y ke liye nahi joh kaffara’y ke baad todhay gayein. Insha’Allah, Allah hamein iss ki zaroorat pesh nah aayein, lekin isay sirf zehen nasheen karlein. Toh yeh kaffara’y ke liye hai.

Aap roza nahi rakh saktey jab aapko haiz aata hain, ya nifas jaari ho bachha paida honay ke baad; aur isiliye aapko roza todna hoga aur uski qaza adaa karni hogi Ramzan ke baad. Aur agar aap bachhay ko doodh pilatay hain ya haamla hain aur aapka roza rakhna mumkin nahi, ya aap beemar hain, ya phir aap safar mein hain, toh aap Ramzan mein apna roza tod saktey hain aur aap ko har din ke chhootay huye roza’y ke badlay mein sirf ek qaza adaa karna hain: aisay mein kaffara’y ki zaroorat nahi hai.

Bahot zyada zaeef afraad ya woh log jinhein da’imi beemari hai aur woh roza nahi rakh saktey, inhen Zakat Al-Fitr dena hoga; aap paisay detey hai har ek din ke badlay jab aap ne roza nahi rakha tha apni da’imi beemari ya zaeef umr ki wajah se, roza’y rakhney ke bajayein, yeh theek hai.

Ek khatoon, joh haamla honay aur doodh pilanay ki wajah se bahut se Ramzan’o mein roza’y nahi rakh saki, ne mujhe bataya ke usay kisi ne yeh fatwa bataya ke woh chhoday huye dino ke roza’y rakhnay ke badlay mein paisay dey sakti hai. Mai isse muttafiq nahi hu. Kyunkay aap jawaan hai, aap sehat-mand hai aur Insha’Allah aap ki umr lambi ho aur kaafi waqt mil jayein roza’y ki qaza mukammal karney ke liye. Aap yeh apni zindagi mein kisi bhi waqt kar saktey hai, apney unn dino ki qaza adaa karein jab aap ne haiz mein honay, nifas mein honay, bachha paida honay, doodh pilanay, haamla honay ki wajah se roza toda tha. Yeh khawateen, jab woh zaeef hojati hai aur yeh sab band hojata hai, to woh unn dino ka hisaab laga sakti hai joh unsay chhoot gaye thay aur din-bah-din roza rakha sakti hai. Agar Allahu ‘A’alam, woh waqai aisa nahi kar saktey hai, tab woh har uss chhootay huye din ke badlay raqam day saktey hai, lekin yeh ek aakhri harba hai. Jab aap jawaan ho aur achhi sehat aur haalat mein ho, toh aap yeh nahi keh saktey ke ‘Ahh mainay Ramzan mein roza toda tha kyunkay mai haamla thi aur mai iss ki qaza adaa nahi kar sakti! Theek hai, mai paisay de-deti hu aur phir mai jawabdeh nahi rahungi’. Nahi, yeh qabil-e qubool nahi hai. Aap niyyat karein aur Insha’Allah mustaqbil mein jab aap ke paas waqt ho, aap roza rakhein, ek din har hafta, aur Insha’Allah yeh mukammal hojayega. Aur mai iss mein aap ke liye dua’goh rahungi.

Ek khatoon ne suhoor/sehri ke baray mein pucha hain. Agar aap sehri ke liye nahi uthtey hain lekin aap ne sonay se pehley iss ki niyyat ki thi, yeh theek hai. Ramzan ke roza’y ke liye, agar aap Ramzan ke shuruwat mein hi niyyat kar letey hain ke ‘hum Ramzan mein roza’y rakhney waley hai Insha’Allah, puray Ramzan mein’, yeh kaafi hoga. Ramzan ke shuruwat mein agar aap kehtey hai ‘hum niyyat kartey hain roza’y rakhney ke liye’, toh yeh theek hai. Yeh sunnat hai ke har shaam mein ya sehri ke waqt niyyat kar li jayein lekin sirf Ramzan ke liye, Ramzan ki shuruwat mein niyyat karna yeh theek hoga kyukey Ramzan ke roza’y farz hai. Phir chahey aap niyyat karein ya nah karein, Allah iss key liye aapse puchta hai. Lehaza isskay barein mein zyada fikr nah karein ke apney niyyat ki hai ya nahi, ya sehri ke liye uthay, ya sehri mein taakhir hogayee, wagairah. Ramzan ke shuruwat mein isay aap zehen nasheen karlein, kahein ‘hum Ramzan mein tamaam roza’y rakhney ki niyyat kartey hai Insha’Allah ta’ala, Allah hamari madad karein aur issmay hamein asaani ataa farmaye.’

Aaj 15vi Ramzan hain, aur aglay 5 dino mein, Ramzan ke aakhri dus din aaney walay hain, joh Ramzan ke bahut qeemti tareen ayyam mein se hain. Baaz log i’tikaf (aitekaf) إﻋﺗﻛﺎف mein rehna pasand hai. Aitekaf sunnat muakkadah aur kifayah hai. Sunnah muakkadah ke maenay hai ke Rasool’Allahﷺ isay hamesha adaa kartey rahein. Har Ramzan ke akhri dus dino mein, Aapﷺ ek chhota pardah jaisey lagatein, masjid mein, Aapﷺ aur logo ke darmiyaan aur Aapﷺ waha baith kar Allah ki ibaadat kartein aur koi baat nahi kartein jab tak ke zaruri nah ho, lekin namaaz ke liye utha kartein, aur tarawih ke liye, aur iftaar ke liye, aur sehri ke liye. Aitekaf sunnat muakkadah hai, kyuki

Rasool’Allahﷺ isay har saal adaa kartein. Aur yeh sunnat kifayah hai, kyunkay agar puri jagah ya jamaat mein koi ek shakhs bhi isay adaa karta hai, toh yeh kaafi hai. Agar kisi ne bhi yeh adaa nahi kiya, toh Allah ki bargah mein har ek se iss ka hisaab liya jayega. Rasool’Allahﷺ ne aitekaf ki tareef ki hai, aur iss ka zikr Quraan Al-Kareem mein bhi maujood hai.

Mardo ko aitekaf ke liye, unka masjid mein hona zaruri hai jaha 5 waqt ki namaaz adaa ki jaati hai, woh ek konay mein pardah lagakar waha baith saktey hai. Khawateen aitekaaf apney ghar’oh mein adaa karti hai, unke sonay/aaraam ke kamrey mein ya maslan kisi choti si ibadat ki jagah mein ya aisa kuch. Agar aap tanha/akelay hain, toh aap apna khana bana saktey hai, aur apney rozana ke mamuli kaam kar saktey hai. Yeh riwaayat hain ke ek aadmi joh apni dastkaari se zindagi guzarta hai, woh usay baithkar kar sakta hai, woh usay baghair baat kiye kar sakta hain. Bahot zaruri honay par baat ki ja sakti hai, lekin baithkar baatein nahi karni hai, kisse-kahani sunana, gup-shup karna. Aitekaaf mein ma’amul ke taur par khana kha saktey hai, joh bhi khana aapke paas ho iftar mein ya sehri mein aap usay kha saktey hai.

Aitekaf ke dauran, aap baithkar jitna zyada ho sakey Quran ki tilawat kartay hai – 3,4,5 juz’/para’, aap Dala’il Al-Khayrat padhtey hai, aap tasbih padhtey hai (1000 martaba ‘La ilaha illa Allah’, 1000 martaba Salawat Sharifa /Durud sharif, 1000 martaba ‘Bismillahi Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim’, 1000 martaba ‘Alhamdulillah’, 1000 martaba ‘SubhanAllah wa Alhamdulillah wa la ilaha illa Allah wa Allahu Akbar’). Ibaadat karein aur apney liye duayein mangey, apney ahl-o-ayal ke liye, sab logo ke liye. Aap ko apna waqt ibaadat mein guzarna hai. Agar bahut zaruri hua toh aap apna telephone dekh saktey hai lekin zyada nahi. Aap apney kamrey se bahar gusul-khana ja saktey hai aur waapis aa jayein, bas itna hi. Agar aap ke liye mumkin ho, rozana gusul karein aur rozana naha liya karein. Agar nahi, toh har dusray din ko aitekaf ke liye gusul karlein. Yeh hai Ramzan mein aitekaf ke liye, akhri dus din’oh ke liye.

Agar aap masjid se bahar jaatein hai ya phir apney ibaadat ki jagah se jaha aap aitekaf mein baithay thay bina kisi jaiz wazahat ke, toh phir aapka aitekaf toot jata hai. Agar aap dus din mukammal kar saktey hai to yeh behtareen hoga. Agar nahi kar saktey, toh aap kam-az-kam ek din mukammal kar saktey hai.

Doosra aitekaf bhi hota hai jab aap nadhr/mannat (ehd) kartey hai ki agar kuch hojata hai toh aap aitekaf adaa karenge. Iss ke liye aap ayyam/din’oh ki ginti (1din, 2din, 3din, 4din, wagairah,) bayan kartey hai, aap mannat [ehd] kartey hai ki aap aitekaf adaa karengay. Lehaza yeh aitekaf Ramzan ke aitekaf se mukhtalif hota hai. Iss ke liye, aapko niyyat karni hai ke aap yeh aitekaf mannat, wada, ehd ke mukammal honay ke liye karney jaa rahey hai. Aur yeh aapko karna hai lekin aap ne jitney dino ka pehley hal’f liya hai aur har din mein raat shaamil hain: yeh puray 24 ghantay mukammal hona chahiye taaki usay ek din mana jayein. Lehaza yehi hai joh aap mannat ke taur par kartay hain.

Aur Zakat Al-Fitr: lekin bahut saarey fard ghar mein rehtey hai, aap yeh ek martaba mein detey hai ghar ke har ek fard ki taraf se, apney ghulaamo ko bhi iss mein shaamil karkey. Aap apney ghulaamo ke taraf se bhi de saktey hain aur apney ghulaamo ko bhi de saktey hai. Aap yeh miskeen logo ko bhi de saktey hai taaki woh bhi unka Zakat Al-Fitr adaa kar payein. Yeh sab logo ke liye hai, ameer logo ke liye, miskeen logo ke liye, Zakat Al-Fitr yeh sabkey liye hai. Iss mein koi farq nahi, yeh sabke liye hai. Isiliye woh yeh kehte hain ki ghareebon ko thoday waqt pehlay zakat diya karo; asal mein yeh Eid se ek din pehlay dena chahiye, lekin aap yeh pehley bhi de saktey hain, Ramzan ke aakhri dus dino mein, aap yeh ghareebon ko day saktey hain taakay woh unkey liye bhi Zakat Al-Fitr doosray logo ko dey sakein.

Har mulk mein, Zakat al Fitr ki raqm waha ka islaami marqaz bayan karta hai. Yeh har roza rakhney waley fard ke liye ek hi martaba diya jata hai. Lekin agar aap roza bilkul bhi nahi rakh saktey, kyunkay aap umr-daraz hain ya daimi beemariya hai, toh phir aap yeh raqm Ramzan ke har din ke hisaab se de saktey hai.

Aur Zakat ke liye, asl zakat ke liye, isay har qamari saal mein adaa karna hai, har hijri saal. Lehaza bahut se log isay Ramzan mein adaa kartey hai taaki mazeed barkat’ain haasil kar sakey aur isay bhool nah jaaney ke taur par bhi.

Zakat: Yeh kin logo par farz hai? Pehla hai, aapka Musalman hona; dusra hai, aapka baaligh hona; teesra, aapka samajhdar hona; chautha, aapke paas raqm ya daulat hona ke woh zakat adaa karney ke liye kaafi hojayein. Aur yeh raqm ya daulat aapke paas 1saal (ya usse zyada) muddat tak hona chahiye, phir aap inn cheezo ke liye zakat detey hai. Hum khawateen, Hanafi mazhab mein (mukhtalif mazhabo mein, mazhabi log yeh jaantey hain), Hanafi mazhab mein khawateen unke jama-shuda cheezo ke liye zakat adaa karti hai, sona ya chaandi par joh bhi unki milqiyat mein ho.

Humein kitna zakat dena chahiye? Agar aapke paas sab milakar 100 gram sona hai, aap zakat ke taur par uss 100 gram sona’y ke liye 2.5 gram sona’y ki raqm adaa kartey hain. Har 40 gram [sona’y ki] ke liye, 1 gram zakat hota hai. Lekin aapke paas 100 gram sona hona chahiye nah ki 40 gram, puray100 gram sona aapke paas rehna chahiye mukammal ek qamari saal ke liye, phir aap 2.5 gram sona’y ki raqm zakat ke taur par detey hai. Agar yeh 100 gram se kam hai, toh zakat ki koi zarurat nahi.

Paisa’y ke liye, aap ke paas itni raqm honi chahiye joh 100 gram sona’y ya issay zyada ki qeemat ke barabar ho, aur yeh raqam pooray ek qamari saal tak aap ke paas rehni chahiye aur saal ke aakhir mein woh kam nahi huyee; yeh pehlay ki tarah qayam/bani rahi ya ismay izaafa ho gaya hai; iss soorat mein aap ko uss raqm par zakat dena zaroori hai. Agar saal ke beech mein yeh raqm kam ho jayein lekin aakhir mein dobarah iss mein izaafa ho jaye aur phir woh pehlay jaisi raqm banjayein, toh aap ko zakat dena hoga. Raqm par zakat ki feesad wohi hai jaisa ke sona’y par: aap 2.5% dete hain, 100% mein se aap 2.5% zakat ke taur par dete hain. Aap ko zakat dena hoga agar aap ke paas khet/ zarayi zameen hai ya janwar hai ya tijaarat hai..wagairah, iss ke liye bahot saaray hisabaat hain, lekin ab hamein jis cheez mein tawajjoh hai woh yeh hai ke agar aap ke paas paisa hai ya agar aap ke paas sona hai, toh isski adaigi ke liye aapki zakat ki feesad yehi hai.

Aap ko baaligh musalmano ko zakat dena hai aur aap ko zakat haath se dena hai ya kisi aisay shakhs ko joh zakat taqseem kar raha hai. Jab aap isay de rahey hotay hai, aap ko zakat ki niyyat karni hai, chahay aap jis shakhs ko day rahay hain usay yeh batayein ya nah batayein, iss se koi farq nahi padta. Aap zakat jama karne aur taqseem karne walay shakhs se keh saktey hain ke ‘yeh zakat ki raqm hai’ ya agar aap khud se uss shakhs ke haath mein day rahay hain aur baaz auqaat aap yeh nahi chahtay ke woh sharminda ho ya koi aur cheez ho, toh aap apni niyyat, iradah, kar saktey hain, apney liye ke yeh raqm zakat hai, aur uss shakhs ko yeh sirf de-de. Zakat ke liye, aap joh bhi raqam dete hai ya sona ya kuch bhi, aap ko haath se dena hoga. Shart yeh hai ke zakat aisay shakhs ko di jaye joh usay apni zarurat ke liye ba’ikhityari taur par istemaal kar sakay. Baaz log kehte hain ke hum unn ko zakat ke taur par khana detey hain, yeh ek aadmi ki aam zaroorat hai lekin ho sakta hai ke uss shakhs ko koi aur zaroorat pesh ho. Lehaza shart yeh hai ke zakat uss shakhs ko de di jayein taakay woh usay apney aap-ke liye apni zaroorat ke liye istemaal kar sakay: yeh zakat ki shart hai.

Aap kisi badey, awaami maqam [tanzeemo] ko zakat nahi detey joh haspataal, dersgah, madrassa, masjid, musaafir-khana /rihayish ki jagah, wagairah ki tameer ya chanda ke liye raqm jama kartey hain. Aap kisi aam, badey, jagah [tanzeem] ko zakat nahi de saktey kyukay aap nahi jaan saktey ke paisay kaha jah rahey hain. Mana ke woh imaarat ke liye ja rahey hai lekin yeh zakat ki shart nahi hai. Zakat ke liye shart yeh hai ke zaati taur par kisi afrad ko di jayein, nah ke unn logo ko joh zakat jamah kartey hai kisi mansuba’y ya kisi aur cheez ke liye joh miskeen logo ke liye achha bhi ho lekin woh log apney zaati zarurat ke liye zakat ki raqm ko ba-ikhtiyaari se istemaal nahi kar sakengay.

Aap zakat nahi de saktey apney walidah ko, walid ko, dada/nana ko, dadi/nani ko. Aap apni aulaad ko, ya aulaad ki aulaad ko zakat nahi de saktey. Aap Ahl Al-Bayt, Rasool’Allahﷺ ke khandaan mein se, ko zakat nahi dey saktey. Aap kaafiro ko zakat nahi de saktey, agar aap unhey zakat detey hai to usay sadaqah samjha jayega. Sadaqah zakat se mukhtalif hota hai. Sadaqah khairaat hota hai joh aap kisi ko bhi dey saktey hai, aap usay Musalmaano ko, Kaafiro ko, apney walid-walida ko, apney bachho ko dey saktey hai.

Lekin Ahl Al-Bayt ke liye iss ki shara’it mukhtalif hai, aap unhay sadaqah nahi de saktey aur zakat nahi de saktey. Aap unhein joh Rasool’Allahﷺ ke khandaan mein se hai joh bhi kuch dena chahtay hai aapko usay hadiyya, tohfah-tan, niyyat se dena hai. Shayad aap unhay sadaqah ya zakat taqseem karney ke liye de saktey hai lekin zaati istemaal ke liye nahi. Agar aap unhein kuch dena chahtay hai unkey zaati istemaal ke liye, toh aapko usay hadiyya ke taur par dena hai aur sadaqah ya zakat ke taur par nahi. Yeh Rasool’Allah ﷺ ke liye ehtaram ke taur par hai. Rasool’Allah ﷺ ne sadaqah ya zakat zaati ya Aapke ﷺ ahl-o-ayal ke istemaal ke liye kabhi bhi qubool nahi kiya.

Ek sahaba, woh Musalmaan honay se pehle, unhein bataya gaya tha ke Aapﷺ haqiqi nabi hai ya nahi yeh maloom karney ki shart yeh hai ke, Aapﷺ hadiyya qubul karengay lekin sadaqah nahi. Phir ek din, woh khajoor lekar aayein tohfa, hadiyya ke taur par aur Rasool’Allah ﷺ ne unn mein se kuch khajooren khakar baaqi sahabiy’o mein taqseem kardiye. Dusrey roz, woh khajoor bhi lekar aayein lekin sadaqah ke taur par, phir Rasool’Allah ﷺ ne usay lekar taqseem kardiye, lekin Aapﷺ ne isay apney muh-mubarak mein nahi liya. Lehaza Rasool’Allah ﷺ ke khandaan, Ahl Al-Bayt, ke ehtaraam ke taur par, agar aap unhein kuch dena chahtay hain to hadiyya ke taur par dena hai. Ya aap chahtay hai ke mazeed barkat ke liye woh zakat ya sadaqah lekar usay taqseem karein, toh aap unhein yeh de saktey hai lekin yeh unkey zaati istemaal ke liye nahi hai.

Sadaqah yeh aap sabhi logo ko dey saktey hai: Musalmaano aur Kaafiro ko, lekin zakat aapko yeh Musalmaano ko dena hai. Aur apney walid-walidah ke liye, nana/dada aur nani/dadi ke liye, aulaad aur aulaad ki aulaad ke liye, aap unhein sadaqah dey saktey hai lekin zakat nahi dey saktey, aur agar aap detey hai, toh woh sadaqah samjha jayega. Kyu? Kyukay yeh aapka fariza hai ke aap apney walid-walidah aur nana/dada aur nani/dadi ki zimmedari sambhalein, yeh farz hai. Aur aapki aulaad aur aulaad ki aulaad ke liye bhi yeh aisa hi hai, agar aap kaafi maaldaar hai toh aapko unka khayaal rakhney mein unki madad karni hogi, zakat dekar nahi. Lekin unhein sadaqah dena theek hai. Kaafiro ko bhi

aap sadaqah de saktey hai, lekin agar aap unhein zakat detey hai toh woh zakat ke badlay sadaqah samjha jayega. Toh yeh hai zakat ke mauzu ke liye, Insha’Allah.

Aur mere khayaal mein aap ke liye aaj itna kaafi hai. Allah hamein sehatmand aur tandaroost rakhay. Laylatul Qadr anay wali hai, Mubarak. Dua ki guzarish hai hamarey liye, Rasool’Allah ﷺ ki ummat ke liye, aur hamaray Sheikh aur unkey ahl-o-ayal ke liye. Aur dua karein iss beemari, aur iss wabaa, ke chalay jaane ke liye aur Hazrat Mahdi ke jald zaahir honay ke liye, Insha’Allah .
