Khush Amadeed aapko. Aaj Insha’Allah, bahot si khawateen hais ke barey me sawal kartey hai. Ye bas ek choti guftugu hai, hum iske baarey mein baat karege Insha’Allah namaz(ibadat) ke liye, iski ginti aur iske din. Awwal, Islam me pehle bahot se madhab hua kartey the, lekin ab hamarey dor me ye 4 aham markazi daharey mein aatey hai, 4 Madhab, Hanafi, Shafi’i, Maliki, Hanbali.
Hum Madhab al-Hanafi ke mutabiq/barey mein baat kar rahe hai. Hum Hanafi hai Madhab Abu Hanifa se. Wo Khawateen jo tabdeel ho chuki hai, naye Musalman, wo apne Shaykh ki paervi karege. Aapke Shaykh, Mawlana Shaykh Mehmet aur Mawlana Shaykh Nazim Hanafi Madhab se hai.
Baaki khawateen, jo tabdeel nahi hue hai, apne madhhab ki paervi karey, ya toh Shafi’i ya Maliki. Hanbali bahot nayab hai. Arabia mein bahot saarey log Hanbali madhhab Hanbali ki paervi kartey hai. Maliki North Africa hai aur humare khayal mein Africa ka kuch hissa bhi iski paervi karta hai. Shafi’i aur Hanafi musalamani mulko me zyada aam hai. Zyada tar Arab Shafi’i hai par Hanafi bhi hai. Doosre log jo apne mukhtalaf madhab ki paervi kar rahe hai wo us maslak ki paervi jaari rakh sakte hai.
Bismillahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim
Ek khawateen apne hais ke barey mein pooch rahi thi; wo band nahi ho raha tha, shayad wo ruju nuwarti ho ya usey koi bimari thi ya usey mushkilat thi kaise giney(dino ko).
Ek aur bar hum yaad dilatey hai sab khawateen ko, Insha’Allah. Wo apni beti, bahu, jawan logo ko hais ke barey me bol sakte hai. Hamarey Madhhab mein, Hais(ma hawari) ki mukhtasar tareen ginti 3 din ki honi chahiye. Toh, agarche aap ek din ki ma hawari dekhte hai aur phir aap kahi dino tak isey nahi dekhte ye ma hawari nahi mein nahi gina jaega. Ye kum az kum 3 din ka hona chahiye aur zyada se zyada 10 din. In dino me aap namazein nahi padhte aur na masjid jaatey hai. Aap na roza rakhtehai na hi kabrastan jaatehai, naa koi Awliya ke rozey par jatey hai; koi bhi qabar aap jatey hai, aapko deewar ke peeche bahar khade rehna chahiye aur Salam pesh karey. Aap apne shohar se hamal nahi kar saktey. Aap Quran e pak ko hath nahi laga saktey. Aap Haram ke daere mein daakhil nahi ho saktey aur aap tawaf nahi kar saktey. Ye sab hum nahi kartey. Theek hai? Ye ma hawari ke ahkam hai.
Ye Allah ne rakhe hai humne nahi; kuch log aitraz kar rahe hai. Ye qaabil e Qubool nahi hai, quva’ad usool hai, ye insan ki taraf se nahi hai, ye Allah Azza wa Jalla ki taraf se hai aur humein inhe Qubool karna hai. Alhamdulillah, Allah ne humein aurat ki taur par paida kiya aur humein iske liye 2 rakat shukrana namaz bhi padhni chahiye.
Ma hawari ki muddat kum az kum 3 din aur zyada se zyada 10 din hai. 10 din ke bad agar aap saaf hai, toh aap ghusul karey. Aapko ghusul ke ahkam maloom hai; aap ghusul ki niyyat karey, aap 3 martaba kulli karey, 3 martaba naak, aapka jism aapke sar se lekar aapke paer talak; pehle daaye taraf phir baaye taraf dhoenge 3 martaba. Ghusul ke bad aap saaf ho, aap namaz padh sakte hai, aap roza rakh sakte hai, aap Quran e pak ki tilawat lar sakte hai. Jab aap saaf ho, aur aap wudu se ho aap wo sab kam kar saktey hai jo aapke ma hawari ke dauran mamnu’u tha.
Baaz khawateen ko dushwari hoti hai, baaz awqat dhabbe lagte hai, baaz auqat inki ma hawari nahi rukti ya zyada hoti hai. 11ve din par aap ghusul le aur aap saaf ho, aapko ek paakiza khaatun shumar kiya jaata hai aur aap namaz padhna shuru karti hai, aap har wo kam kar sakti hai jo ma hawari ki muddat ke dauran aap par mamnu’u tha. Agar aapko ye mushkil dar pesh hai toh khawateen par ye azar ke taur par shumaar hota hai. Lehaza, har farz namaz ke waqt aap naya wuzu banaye, ek naya pad pehne aur aap nahi jaye ispar aur jhaldi namaz padhle.
Agar aap ye wuzu rakho toh Quran padh sakte ho, nafil padh sakte ho, masjid me daakhil ho sakte ho, ziyarat kar sakte ho qabrastan aur Awliya ki lekin jab agli namaz ke azaan di jaye “Allahu
AAkbarAllahu Akbar…” toh phir aapka wuzu khatam ho gaya, aap ko nayi namaz ke liye apne wuzu ki tajdeed karni chahiye, chaahe aap bait ul khala hi kyu naa gaye ho Ya kisi bhi tarah se wuzu toota ho. Lehaza har farz ke liye naya wuzu karna zaruri hai. Lekin 2 namazo ke darmiyan agar aap farz namaz se mukhtalaf karte hai, agar aap ne apna wuzu nahi toda toh theek hai. Insha’Allah ye hai qabil e fahem.
Ma hawari ke 10 din ke bad khoon behna ek azar samjha jaata hai. Yaha tak ki agar aapko 10 din ke iqtimam par iske bad dhabbe ya khoon beh raha hai. Aap 15 dino ko saaf din shumar karte hai.
Lehaza, 11ve din se aap is tarah 1,2,3,4,5…15 din tak shumar karte hai. Ek usool, jaisa ki maine ek minute pehle kaha tha, aap 15 din ko saaf aur 16ve din ko ma hawari ka pehla din shumar karte hai. Yaha tak ki agar ye darmiyan mein bilkul nahi ruka. Lehaza tamam madhhab mein 2 adwaar ke darmiyan safai ka waqt 15 din hona chahiye. Theek hai? Ye 15 din se kum nahi ho sakta chaahe bahot zyada khoon hi beh raha ho. Nabi e Kareem صَلَّى ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ ki biwiyo me se ek ne Aap صَلَّى ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ se is barey mein poocha to Aap صَلَّى ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ ne farmaya ki wuzu karo aur khade hokar namaz padho agarche ye namaz ki qaleen par hi kyu na tapak raha ho.
2 adwaar ke darmiyan saaf waqt se koi fark nahi padta agar aap saaf hai aur is me chand hafte lagte hai lekin, agar aapka khoon behte jaye aur na rukey, aapko 15 din saaf shumar karna hoga. Agar aap rajunuwarti mein hai aur aapko ek saal tak apni ma hawari nazar nahi aati, aap apni muddat ko khatam ke taur par shumar kartey hai. Ek saal ke bad agar aap apni ma hawari ko dekhtey hai to ye ek azar hai naa ki muddat, is liye apni namaz aur ibadat ko mamool ke mutabiq jaari rakhein. Lekin agar ek saal pehle 5 mahiney ruk jaata hai aur kuch din aata hai, yaha tak ke 11 mahine ruk jaata hai aur ye 12ve mahine me aata hai, ye muddat shumar hota hai lekin agar 12 mahine ke bad ye khatam ho jaye wo phir ye hais nahi hai, ye un buzurg aurto ke liye muaaf hai jinhe rajunuwarti hai.
Insha’Allah, Allah aap sab ko lambi umr, sehat aur khushiyan ata farmaye aur Insha’Allah hum apne hais ke barey mein koi shikayat na karey.
