Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Rahim. Tariqatuna Assohba wal khayru fil jam’iyya.
Aaj ka sabaq pichley do ders ka tasalsul hai gusul aur wuzu, aur jism ki safai ke barey mein. Hum Mazhab-al-Hanafi حَنَفِي المذهب (Hanafi maktab ka Fiqh) ke mutabiq baat kar rahey hai. Mere khayaal me kuch khawateen aisi hai jo mukhtalif mazhab se hai, woh yeh sun sakti hai lekin unhay khudke hi mazhab par amal karna hoga. Naye musalman, naye pairokaar, woh log jo nahi jantay ke woh kaun se mazhab se talluq rakhtey hai- Mawlana Sheikh Nazim, Mawlana Sheikh Muhammad, Mazhab-al-Hanafi ki pairwi kar rahey thay, isliye hum apne Sheikh ki taqleed Mazhab-al-Hanafi ke sath karte hai. Lekin agar kuch khawateen mukhtalif mazhab ki pairwi kar rahi hai, to woh apney mazhab par amal kar sakti hai, yeh theek hai. To inhey maloom hona chahiye ke hum Mazhab-al-Hanafi ke mutabiq baat kar rahey hai.
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Rahim. Pichlay Ders me hum ne wuzu ke baray me baat ki aur yeh ke hum apna wuzu kaisey mukammal karte hai. Humne yeh seekha ke humein apne jism ke teen hisso ko dhona hai, aur hamein apne siro ka masah karna hai: yehi hai sab kuch.
Aur humne seekha teen Sunnaton ke baare me; aur kuch aur cheeze hai jin par mujhe tabsira karna hai. Sabse pehle, ghani daarhi walay mardon ke liye, jab woh wuzu karte hai to sirf daarhi ke oopri hissay ko geela karna theek hai, agar woh bahot ghani hai. Lekin agar yeh patli daarhi hai, to inhey iss baat ko yaqeeni banana chahiye ke paani andar se guzar jaye aur unki jild gili ho. Lekin agar unki daarhi ghani hai to ye theek hai agar paani sirf oopar se chala jaye.
Iske alawa, jab aap dho rahay ho to iss baat ko yaqeeni banaye ke aapki ungliyo ke darmiyan ki khaali jagaahein gili ho jaye. Aur agar aap angoothi pehnay huye hai jo ki aapki ungli mein thodi tang hai, to aapko aisa karna hoga (usay apni ungli mein ghumaayein) takay paani iss ke neechay chala jaye, taakay geela ho jaye uss ke niche se. Aur aapke naakhuno ke liye bhi, yeh theek hai agar aapke naakhun lambay ho, aur agar unke neechay gandagi bhi ho to isse koi farq nahi padta agar paani iss ke neechay aur upar jaa sakey. Lekin aap ka wuzu mukammal nahi hoga agar aap ke naakhuno ke oopar koi cheez ho maslan nail polish (naakuno pe lagaaney wala rang). Aur jaise kabhi kuch logo jo kheto mein kaam karte hai, jin par gandagi ho, ya un par matti ho jo paani ko guzarnay nahi deti. Aur jaise agar aap charbi ke sath kaam kar rahay ho aur charbi paani ko guzarney nahi de rahi hai, aapko pehlay charbi ya nail polish ko saaf karna hoga apna wuzu mukammal karne ke liye. Warna aapka wuzu mukammal nahi hoga! Aur jab aapka wuzu mukammal nahi hoga to aapki ibadat mukammal nahi hoti. Jab aap wuzu kartey hai to aap apne upar nail polish nahi laga saktey. Jab aap wuzu kartey hai, to aap apne naakhuno par nail polish nahi laga saktey, ya aisi cheezay jo paani ko aapke naakhuno tak guzarne se rokti hai. Kyuki, wuzu mukammal honay ke liye, paani ko jism ke un tamam hisson tak pohonchna chahiye jinhein dhoney ki zaroorat hai jaisa ke Quran mein iska zikr hai. Un jagaho ko achhi tarha se dhona chahiye.
Lekin agar aapko kuch daraaray hai ya kuch zakham hai aur aap uss par koi marham ya dawa lagate hai, to yeh theek hai ke uske upar se paani beh jayein, zarurat nahi ke paani uske andar se guzrey. Agar aap ke paas maazrat ki wajah hai, to yeh theek hai ke paani upar se beh jaye lekin agar aap ke paas maazrat ki koi wajah nahi hai to usay geela karna hoga. Yeh wuzu ko mukammal karne ke liye hai. Aur yeh bhi, yeh theek hai ke agar aap apney baal mundwa lay ya naakhun kaat letey hai ya moochay katwaein, zarurat nahi ke wuzu dobara se kiya jayein, wuzu nahi toota hai, mardo ke liye. Aur jab aap apne naakhun kaat-tay hai to sirf us jagah ko dho lay. Hajjah Amina apney naakhuno ko ek dusrey par ragadtay thay aur padhtey Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Rahim, Qul Hu Allahu Ahad– 3 martaba Surah Ikhlas aur uss par phoonk detey, aur hum apne haath dhotey naakhono ko kaat-nay ke baad. Yeh ek chota sa raaz hai Hajjah Amina ka hamarey liye, aur yeh naakhuno ki sehat ke liye achha hai.
Wuzu hamari ibadatoon ke liye Farz ﻓرض hai, jaise ki namaz, jaise Quran padhna, jaise Quran ko pakadna, jaise muqaddas maqamat ki ziyarat karna aur yeh bhi tawaf karna. In tamam cheezon ke liye, wuzu karna farz hai. Ka’bah ka Tawaaf karne ke liye aapko wuzu karna zaroori hai. Ho sakta hai ke baghair wuzu ke Haram mein daakhil ho jaye, lekin Ka’bah ke ird-gird tawaf karne ke liye aapko wuzu karna lazim hai.
Doosri sooraton me Wuzu karna mandub ﻣﻧدوب hai, maienay hai ke usey pasand kiya jata hai ya uski tajweez ki jati hai, jaise sonay se pehlay wuzu karna, bedaar honay par wuzu karna, yeh pasand kiya jata hai, mandub. Iski tajweez ki gayi hai aur isay karna sawab hoga. Aur tamam waqt wuzu mein rehna, yeh bhi achha hai, jab aap apna wuzu tod dete hai to aap dobarah se wuzu karte hain, aur aap baghair wuzu ke idhar-udhar nahi jatey; yeh pasand kiya jata hai aur iski tajweez ki gayi hai. Aur yeh bhi ke wuzu par wuzu (jabke aap pehle se wuzu mein hai) karna bhi achha hai. Aur agar aap se koi gunah sarzad ho jaye jaisa ke gheebat karna ya jhoot bolna ya koi aisa kaam karna jisay aap jantay hain ke gunah hai to aap jaakar tauba ke liye wuzu karley. Aur wuzu karna mayyat ko dhoney ke baad aur janaazay mein janey ke baad yeh bhi tajweez kiya gaya hai. Aur har namaz ke liye wuzu karna bhi achha hai. Aap do namazay bhi padh sakte hai ek wuzu se agar aap se woh tuta na ho, lekin har namaz ke liye wuzu karna achha hota hai .
Aur janabat ﺟﻧﺎﺑﺔ /rasam najaasat [Janabat hai jab aapka shauhar ke sath mubashrat hota hai ya jab mardo ko ihtilam/ geeley khwab aatey hai] ke gusul se pehley wuzu karne ke liye bhi tajweez kiya gaya hai. Agar koi shakhs janabat mein dakhil ho, [shauhar se mubashrat hona] lekin gusul karne ke liye waqt nahi hai -jaisay shayad ramzan mein, kyukay sehri ka waqt taqreeban khatam ho chuka hai – to woh wuzu kar sakti hai, kha-pi sakti hai, aur sehri ke waqt ke baad gusul kar sakti hai. Aur, agar aapke paas gusul ke liye waqt ya jagah nahi hai, aur aapko janabat mein rehkar subah tak intezaar karne ki zaroorat hai, to aap wuzu karke so sakte hain. Aur jab aap bahot ghusse mein hotay hain, wuzu karne se aapko sukoon milta hai; yeh tajweez kiya gaya hai. Yeh halaat hai jab wuzu karne ke liye tajweez kiya gaya hai .
Ab hum ne seekh liya ke wuzu kya hota hai, isay kaise karna hai, kab yeh farz hai aur kab uski tajweez ki gayi hai. Aur ab Insha’Allah hum un cheezon ke bare mein maalum karenge jin se aapka wuzu toot jata hai. Har woh cheez jo aapke jism ke aagey aur peechey ke nichley hisse me se nikalti hai [sharamgah se] aapka wuzu tod deti hai. Agar jo ye sirf hawa ho jo aurton ke samne walay hisse se niklay (sharamgah ki hawa) kyuki yeh baccha-daani se aarahi hai, na ki aap ke pichley hisse se, sirf isse aapka wuzu nahi tutega.
Khawateen ko baaz auqaat safed-paani (sharamgah se) nikalta hai, aap apna wuzu karlay aur saaf pad (haiz me istemaal karne wala kapda) pehenley, kuch khawateen ko bahot zyada safed paani aata hai, yeh mamool ki baat hai, kuch ko sirf uss waqt jab woh apne haiz ke qareeb hoti hai tab unhay safed paani aata hai. Bahar-haal, jab aap apna wuzu karlay, to aap ek saaf pad [panty-liner/zair-jaama mein pehenne wala kapda] pehenlay, aur aap namaz padh saktey hai aur wuzu kar sakte hai iss safed paani jaari rehney ki soorat mein bhi, yeh theek hai. Jab tak yeh pad/kapda safed paani aane se bhar nah jayein ya yeh apni jagah se hatt nah jayein, to phir aapka wuzu toot jayega.
Aur jab aapke bachhe ki wiladat hoti hai, to aapka wuzu toot jata hai, chahe aapko khoon na bhi aaya ho. Hazrat Fatima رضي الله عنها ko kabhi haiz nahi aaya aur kabhi nifas ka khoon [bachhe ki wiladat ke baad khoon behna] nahi aaya. Isiliye unhey pukara jata hai Fatima al-Zahra ya Al-Batool. Hazrat Maryam ko bhi Batool pukaara jata hai, kyu ke unhone kabhi haiz ka khoon ya nifas ka khoon nahi dekha.
Aur yeh bhi, agar aapke jism par kisi zakhm se khoon nikal raha ho, aur khoon ki miqdaar aapke angothay jitney hisse se zyada ho, to isse aapka wuzu toot jata hai. Mukhtalif mazhab mein unke mukhtalif ehkaam hain, lekin hamaray mazhab mein khoon ki miqdaar aapke angothay jitney hisse se zyada nahi honi chahiye, agar yeh zyada ho to aapka wuzu toot jata hai. Aur agar aapke zakhm se khoon beh raha ho, to usay dhaanp lay, aur wuzu karte waqt uss par masah karey, jaisa ke hum mest ya Khuff اﻟﺧف ke sath karte hai. Lehaaza chahe aapke zakhm se musalsal khoon beh raha ho ya isay kholnay par dobara khoon behne lagey, to aap sirf isay dhaanp lijiye aur iss par masah karey.
Aur yeh bhi, jis zakhm se peep nikal rahi ho, iss ke liye bhi agar miqdaar angothay ke hisse se zyada ho, to aapka wuzu toot jata hai. Aur dobara, agar aapko zakhm hai aur khoon ya peep musalsal nikal rahi hai, to usay dhaanp lijiye aur uss par masah karay. Lekin agar aapne usay khol diya aur uss mein se khoon ya peep dobarah nikle to phir aapka wuzu toot jata hai.
Iss ke alawa agar aapko muhbhar kar oolti hojaye, isse wuzu toot jata hai. Agar aapko thodi si miqdaar mein oolti hoti hai, to yeh theek hai lekin agar aapka muh oolti se bhar jaayein itna ke aap apna muh band nahi kar saktey aur woh bahar aajati hai, to isse aapka wuzu toot jata hai. Aur yeh bhi ke agar aapko thodi-si oolti ho jaye, aur ek minute baad mazeed thodi-si ho jaaye, aur doosrey minute mazeed thodi-si aur ho jayein, aur yeh saari thodi-thodi milaney par yeh muhbhar ki miqdaar barabar ho jaye, to phir aapka wuzu toot jata hai. Aap ko naya wuzu karna lazim hoga .
Aur agar muh dhotay waqt, masoodo se khoon niklay, aur jab aap thookey aur thook ka rang thook ke rang se zyada khooni rang ka ho, to isse wuzu toot jata hai. Agar rang halka hai, toh luaab-dahan khoon se zyada hai, phir yeh theek hai. Lekin agar khoon ka rang zyada hai jiskey maeiney hai ke bahot zyada khoon nikla hai (angothay jitne hissey se zyada), to aapko wuzu dobarah se karna hoga.
Aur sonay se bhi wuzu toot jata hai. Jab tak aap uss tarah so rahay ho jaise mai yahan iss terha baithi hu, maeiney ke aapki pusht zameen se lagkar bilkul seedhi/hamwaar hai, iss tarah sona theek hai. Lekin agar koi shakhs aapki peeth ke peechay se takiya nikal deta hai aur aap apni baazu-ki-taraf gir jatey hai to phir aapki pusht zameen se lagi nahi rehti aur aapko naya wuzu ki zaroorat hai. Lekin agar aap baithay-baithay so jatey hai apni jagah tabdeel kiye baghair toh yeh theek hai. Agar aap apne pairo par baithey hai jaise ki namaz padhte waqt, ibaadat, aur aapki pusht zameen ke upar hai aur isse lagkar bilkul hamwaar/seedhi nahi hai, aur aap so jayein to phir aapka wuzu khatam ho gaya. Lehaaza sirf iss soorat me ke aapki pusht zameen se mukammal taur par hamwaar ho aur woh harkat nah karay, aur aapke neechay koi jagah khali nah ho, aur aap aise haalat mein so jayein toh yeh theek hoga jab tak ke aap gir nah jayein. Iss ke alawa agar aap late-kar sotay hai (aam taur par), jab aap bedaar honge to aap ko naya wuzu karna hoga.
Aur behosh ho jana, deewana ho jana, dimagh bigad jana, aur madhosh ho jana, aur namaz padhte waqt hasna [itni buland aawaz se ke koi dusra shakhs aapko sun lay] to phir aap ka wuzu toot jata hai. Agar, jab namaz padhte waqt, aap sirf apni hansi ki aawaz sunley, to sirf namaz toot jati hai lekin wuzu jaari hota hai. Lekin agar aap ki aawaz koi doosra shakhs sun lay, to wuzu aur namaz dono toot jatay hai.
Aur yeh bhi, agar khatoon aur shauhar baghair kapdo ke chootey hai to isse wuzu toot jata hai. Yeh hamaray mazhab me hai. Mukhtalif mazhab mein, agar unkey hath choo lete hai, ussey unka wuzu toot jata hai lekin hamaray mazhab mein agar shauhar biwi ek dusrey ko chootey hai baghair parday ke, aapas me kapdo ke, uss waqt wuzu toot jata hai.
To yeh woh cheezey hai jisse wuzu toot-ta hai, Insha’Allah aap sab yeh jantay hai. Jo bhi cheez dono (aagey se aur peechey) ki taraf se nikalti hai, jaise peshab, pakhana, hawa, safed paani, khoon, wuzu ko tod deta hai. Kuch logo ko sehat ki halaat ki wajah se mushkilaat ka saamna karna padhta hai, aur woh qaboo nahi rakh saktey hawa ke guzarnay par. Qaida yeh hai ke aap har namaz ke waqt wuzu karley aur iss wuzu ke sath namaz padhlay phir chahey kuch bhi ho jaye. Har namaz ke liye woh naya wuzu karley aur is wuzu ke sath woh Nafil padh sakte hai, Quran ki tilaawat kar saktey hai, Quran ko hath laga saktey hain, tawaaf kar sakte hai, lekin agli namaz ke waqt ke liye unhey naya wuzu karna hoga. Yeh un logo ke liye bhi hai jin ko peshab ke masail [peshab ki be-zabtgi ] ya bawaseer hai, to phir unke paas peshab ya khoon jama karne ke liye pad/kapda ya aisi koi cheez honi chahiye. Aur, har namaz ke liye ek naya pad/kapda aur naya wuzu, aur woh namaz padh sakte hai yeh theek hai kyunkay unke paas Jaiz/Shari’ah uzr aur ijaazat رﺧﺻﺔ hai.
Kuch logon ko apne wuzu ke baray me hamesha shakh rehta hai aur inhen yaqeen nahi hota ke unka wuzu sahi hai ya toot gaya hai. Yeh hota hai Waswas وﺳواس (waswasa), shaitan ki taraf se sargoshi aur shakh. Sirf iss soorat me jab aap soonghtay ya suntay hai khud ki hawa guzartey huye to uss waqt aapka wuzu toot jata hai. Waswas وﺳواس ke maeiney hai ke shaitan unke sath khelta hai, unhe shak me daal deta hai ke yeh hua hai ya nahi. Qaida yeh hai ke ya to aap aawaz suntey hai ya hawa soonghtey hai to phir wuzu ka tootna mana jayega.
Jin logon ke jism se kuch hisse gayab hai.. jaisay haath/baazu ka na hona ya pairo ka na hona.. to woh wuzu ke liye apne paas maujood hisso ko dho sakte hai. Aur agar unke haath aur pair bilkul na ho to unhe baghair wuzu ke namaz padhna jaaiz hai. Lekin woh namaz nahi chod saktey.
Jis cheez se aapka wuzu nahi toot-ta woh yeh hai ke jab aapka zakhm ho aur woh khula ho aur uss me kuch khoon ho lekin woh beh nahi raha – isse aap ka wuzu nahi toot-ta. Aur yeh bhi ke agar aapka koi zakham jo theek ho gaya hai aur iss ke oopar ki kharish nikal rahi hai, to isse aapka wuzu nahi toot-ta. Aaj kal hamaray yaha yeh nahi hota hai, lekin baaz auqat zakhm ke keeday bhi hotey hai, isse wuzu nahi toot-ta, agar kuch keedey aapke naak ya kaan se nikal rahay ho to isse wuzu nahi toot-ta .
Aur, yeh bhi ke apni sharamgah ko chooney se bhi wuzu nahi toot-ta. Kisi khatoon ko choona, mehram ya na-mehram, hatho se, ya galti se, issey wuzu nahi toot-ta. Aur, baccho ke nappies/zair-jaama tabdeel karna – issey bhi wuzu nahi toot-ta.
Aur qay/oolti ka hona lekin pura muh bharay baghair, wuzu nahi tootega. Aur yeh bhi ke agar aapko bahot zyada balgham hai aur aapko khaansi ho rahi hai aur yeh kaafi zyada nikal raha hai aapke muh se to isse aapka wuzu nahi toot-ta. Aur jab aap so rahay ho upar baithey huye aur aap sirf apna sir hilatey hai to isse aapka wuzu nahi toot-ta. Aur agar koi so raha ho namaz padhtey huye to isse wuzu nahi toot-ta. Aur yehi hai bas, Alhumdulillah. Aur jin cheezo se wuzu toot-ta hai usse tayammum bhi toot jata hai. Aur yeh Insha’Allah wuzu ke mauzu ka ikhtitam hai.
Ab sirf ek choti si cheez haiz ﺣﯾض aur nifas ﻧﻔﺎس ke barey mein, nifas hai khoon behne wala waqt jo khawateen ko bachhey ke wiladat se jaari hota hai (Baad waza hamal khoon jaari hona). Jab aapko haiz hota hai to kam-az-kam 3 roz tak musalsal jaari rahe taaki usay haiz ke taur par shumaar kiya ja sakey, aur haiz ki sabse lambi muddat hai 10 roz aur kam-az-kam muddat paak waqt (baghair haiz) ki hai 15 roz. Nifas ke liye, bachhey ki wiladat ke baad aaney wala khoon ke liye, muddat maloom nahi hai ke yeh kitne roz tak reh sakta hai, lehaaza woh hamesha khatoon ke pehlay bachhey se waqt shumaar karte hai, uske kitne din thay, kuch khawateen ko kam din ke liye hota hai aur bas, kuch khawateen ko 10 roz tak hota hai, kuch ko 20, kuch ko 30, kuch ko 40. Hanafi mazhab mein zyada se zyada 40 roz hai, iske baad yeh hota hai istihadha اﺳﺗﺣﺎﺿﺔ, aur haiz ke liye bhi ke agar 10 roz se jyada ho to yeh hota hai istihadha. Iska matlab ke yeh ab haiz ya nifas nahi rehta, yeh paak khoon hota hai, aapke jism me kisi kharabi ki wajah se aapko khoon jaari rehta hai. Lehaaza agar aapko haiz ke shuruwat se lekar 10 roz mukammal hone ke baad bhi aapko khoon aaraha hai, to 11 roz ko aap gusul karley aur namaz padhna shuru kardey, aur ma’amool ke mutabiq ibaadat shuru kardey aur shauhar se mubashrat/talluq qaim kar saktey hai. Yeh khoon istihadha hai aur 15 roz tak paak mana jayega. Nifas ke liye, agar aapko 40 roz ke baad bhi khoon aaraha hai, to aap 41 roz se lekar 15 din shumaar karle aur un 15 dino mein agar aapko khoon aata hai to usay paak samajhna hai. Agar 15 roz ke baad bhi khoon beh raha hai ya dhabbey aatey hai, phir 16 roz se aapko [naye] haiz ke taur par isay shumar karna hoga.
Aur istihadha اﺳﺗﺣﺎﺿﺔ ke liye, uhney zaroorat hai pad/ kapdey ya kuch cheez ki jo khoon ko jama karey. Aur, har namaz ke liye ek naya pad/kapda aur naya wuzu, aur iss wuzu ke sath woh nafil padh sakte hai, woh Quran ki tilaawat kar sakte hai, woh Quran ko hath laga sakte hai, woh tawaf kar sakte hai, lekin phir dusri namaz ke liye unhey naya wuzu karna hoga aur naya pad/kapda. Unke paas Jaiz/Shari’ah uzr hai aur ijaazat رﺧﺻﺔ hai.
Aur nifas ho sakta hai bachhay ki wiladat ya isqaat hamal ke baad. Isqaat hamal ko nifas mein shumaar karne ke liye, janeen ka tashkeel hona zaroori hai. Lekin agar yeh sirf jamaa khoon ki terha ho aur iski koi tashkeel nah ho, to usay haiz mein shumaar kiya jayega, lehaaza khoon behney ke 10 roz baad namaz padhna shuru karde. Lekin agar iski koi tashkeel ho to aap usay nifas mein shumaar karte hai, 40 roz tak, aur agar khoon 40 roz ke baad bhi jaari rahey to yeh istihadha اﺳﺗﺣﺎﺿﺔ hai .
Aur jab aapko haiz ya nifas aata hai, aap ibaadat/namaz nahi padhtey, aap roza nahi rakhtey, aap Ka’bah nahi jatay, aap Ka’bah ke ird-gird tawaaf nahi kartey, aap masjid mein daakhil nahi hotey, aap mubashrat nahi kartey apne shauhar ke sath, aap ziyarat nahi kartey muqaddas maqamaat ki, muqaddas qabro/mazaaro ya qabristan mein bhi. Aur aap Quran ki tilaawat nahi kartey aur aap Quran ko hath nahi lagatey. Yeh un khawateen ke liye hai jo nifas ya haiz mein ho. Aur Naqshbandi wird ke liye, Mawlana Sheikh Abdullah ﺳره ﷲ ﻗدس (bayaan karte thay ke Allah khawateen ko nahi puchta ibaadat ya rozay ke liye inn dino me toh hum unhey wird ke liye nahi puch sakte. Lekin agar aapko bahut bhaari mehsus ho raha hai to aap astaghfirullah ﷲ أﺳﺗﻐﻔر padh sakte hai, aap Salawat (Allahumma salli ‘ala Muhammadin wa ‘ala ‘aali Muhammadin wa sallim) /durood padh saktey hai, aap La ilaha illa Allah padh saktey hai.
Iske alawa, agar aap janabat mein hai, aap ibaadat/namaz nahi padh saktey, aap Quran ki tilaawat nahi kar saktey ya usey haath nahi laga saktey hai, aap masjid ya maqam ya kisi muqaddas jagah mein daakhil nahi ho saktey jabtak ki aap wahan se sirf guzar rahey ho baghair iss mein daakhil hokar ya bhaitkar jabtak aap paak nah ho jaye aur gusul nah kar le janabat ke liye.
Kuch khawateen ne pucha hai: “Kya hum Dala’il al-Khayrat padh saktey hai jab hum haiz ki haalat mein ho?”. Dala’il-al Khayrat sirf salawat/durood bhejna hai Rasool’Allah ﷺ par, aap isey padh saktey hai lekin agar aap isey nahi padhtey hai to yeh behtar hoga. Har cheez par shakh karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Iske alaawa, aap zikr mein bhi shirkat kar saktey hai agar yeh aisi jagah hai jaise dargaah, lekin agar yeh masjid ya masjid pukarey jaaney wali kisi jagah par hai to aap ismey shirkat nahi kar saktey. Lekin agar yeh dargaah ho ya chhota zavia, ya ghar, to aap shirkat kar saktey hai. Darmiyan mein itna mat baithay, aap dairey ki bagal wali jagah mein baith saktey hai ya dairey ke peechay, yeh theek hai. Lekin Quraan ki aayatein jo hum padhtey hai, unhey nahi padhna hai, sirf unke sath zikr karey (La ilaha illa Allah, Allah Allah, Haqq, Hayy…) yeh aap padh saktey hai lekin aayatein nahi padhni hai, bas uss hissey mein khamosh rehna hai.
Bahot sari khawateen ne ispar aitraaz kiya hai aur poocha hai kyu aur kaise aur kaun aur waghairah bhi. Haiz aur nifas khawateen ki fitrat mein se hai, jo Allah ne khawateen ko ataa kiya hai. Hum bahais nahi kar saktey. Hum yeh nahi kehte ke kyun ya kaisay ya kaun. Bahot si khawateen jab pehlay kaafi muttaqi nahi hoti, to woh kabhi nahi sochti ke yeh acha hai ya bura ya mujhe nahi maloom ke kya. Jab woh muttaqi ho jatey hai aur ibaadat/ namaz padhna shuru kar detey hai to shaitan unke zehen mein kaam kar raha hota hai aur har waqt hamein yeh haiz par sawaal aatey hai: ‘Kyu Hum yeh nahi kar saktey? Kyu hum waisa nahi kar saktey?’ wagairah. Yeh Allah ki taraf se hai, yeh mera usool nahi hai. Allah ne yeh khawateen ko diya hai aur Allah ne qawaneen banaye hai. Hamein bas ita’at karni hai, bas yehi. Mujhe hamesha iss baat par gussa aata hai.
Aur namaz ke liye, Allah namaz ki qaza nahi mangta balki rozay ki qaza mangta hai, ispar ek chhota sa waqia hai aur phir iss mauzu ka ikhtitam karenge. Hazrat Adam aur Hazrat Hawwa, jab zameen par aaye, to Hazrat Hawwa ko pehli dafa haiz aaya, aur unhoney poocha ki ab kya karna hai namaz ke liye, ke unhey namaz padni chahiye ya nahi? Hazrat Adam ne poocha aur Hazrat Jibril aaye aur farmaya:“Namaz padhne ki zaroorat nahi, yeh theek hai, aur iss ki qaza adaa karney ki zaroorat nahi.”
Phir rozay ka waqt aaya aur Hazrat Hawwa ko haiz jaari tha, unho ne poocha: “Mai kya karu? Mai roza rakhu ya nahi?”
Phir Hazrat Adam ne farmaya: “Roza rakhnay ki zaroorat nahi.”
Phir Hazrat Jibril aaye aur farmaya: “Theek hai roza rakhne ki zaroorat nahi lekin iss ki qaza adaa karna lazim hai. Kyuke pehli dafa Allah ki taraf se tha aur doosri dafa aap ke taraf se tha”.
Aur yeh bhi ke rozay sirf chand din hotay hain aur saal mein sirf ek baar hi Ramzan aata hai, lekin ibaadat/namaz humein pooray din aur pooray saal karni hai. Aur uski qaza karna khawateen ke liye mushkil aur bhaari ho jayega, isliye Allah hamein namaz ki qaza se maaf farmata hai. Lehaaza khawateen, bara-e-karam isay qubool karey aur shukar guzaar rahey ke aap khawateen hai aur bara-e-meherbani iss haiz ki cheezo par itna bahais na karey.
Jab aap rozay rakhtay hai nafil dino me jaise ke Ashura, ya Rajab aur Shabaan ke ayyaam, Arafat ke din aur bhi wagairah, baaz dafa aisa hota hai ki aap roza tod dete hain – agar aap ko haiz aajaye, ya baaz auqaat agar aap kahi mehman ho aur woh aap ko khana pesh karte hai to aap roza tod detey hai kyuki aap mehman hai aur mezbaan aapko khana pesh karte huye israar karta hai. Yeh rozay Nafil hai, farz nahi aur aap unko apni marzi se kar rahay hai. Isliye agar aapne inn dino mein roza tod diya to yeh theek hai, lekin phir aap par uski qaza laazim hai, kyuki aap ne roza rakhne ki niyat ki hai.
Jin dino ki qaza aapko yaqeeni adaa karni hai woh Ramzan ke din hai. Lekin agar koi muqaddas din ho aur aap apne haiz mein hai, jaise ke Ashura ya Arafat ke din aap haiz mein hai, aur har ek shakhs rozadaar hai aur aap rozadaar nahi hai, to yeh theek hai aapko qaza nahi adaa karni hai, yeh Nafil, raza-karana ayyaam hai. Sirf iss soorat me ke jab aap rozadaar hai aur aap roza tod dete hai, to aapko iss din ki qaza adaa karni hogi. Lekin agar nahi ho to, inn dino ke liye kisi aur din roza ki qaza adaa karney ki zaroorat nahi hai. Rozay ke dino ki qaza sirf Ramzan ke liye hai.
Aur khawateen jo haamla hai ya doodh pilaney wali hai to ijaazat hai ke woh apna roza tod sakti hai Ramzan mein. Yeh Ramzan ke liye hai, Insha’Allah Ramzan aaraha hai. Lekin Alhumdulillah woh jawaan hai, woh sehatmand hai, woh niyyat karein inn dino ki qaza adaa karne ki, roz-ba-roz, Insha’Allah Allah unhey lambi zindagi ataa farmaye aur woh yeh khatm kar sakey, Insha’Allah. Wa min Allahi At-tawfeeq. Fatiha.
Ek aur cheez, choti si baat adab ke bare me. Ek hadees hai ke ek sahabi (Rasool’Allahﷺ ke saathi) Rasool’Allahﷺ ke paas aaye aur poocha:“Ya Rasool’Allahﷺ, mai sabse behtar kaam kya kar sakta hu jisse mai aapka padosi ban jaunga Aflak mein, Jannat mein?”
Rasool’Allahﷺ ne unhe farmaya:
“It’am ut-ta’m, ifsha’ as-salam wa salatu wannasu niyam إطعام الطعام وإفشاء السلام والصلاة والناس نيام- –” logon ko khana khilana, salam karna, aur raat ko namaz padhna jab log sotey hai.
Ab mai jis ke baray me baat karna chahti hu woh hai salaam: ‘As-salamu aleykum اﻟﺳﻼم ﻋﻠﯾﮑم’. Jab koi kahey ‘As-salamu aleykum’ ya ‘As-salamu aleykum wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuhu’ aur dusra jawab deta hai ‘Wa-aleykum as-salam wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuhu’. Salaam karna sunnat hai lekin salaam ka jawab dena farz hai, laazim hai. Aur hamesha iska ajar milta hai. Musalman ka ek doosray ko salaam hai: ‘As-salamu aleykum’, ‘Wa-aleykum as-salam’. Jo shakhs kehta hai, ‘As-salamu aleykum’, aur jo jawab deta hai ‘Wa-aleykum as-salam’, dono ko sawaab milta hai. Agar woh isey bada kar kehtey hai: ‘As-salamu aleykum wa rahmatu Allah’, toh iska sawab jyada hai, agar woh 10 tha, to ab yeh 20 hai, agar 20 tha, to ab yeh 30 hai. Aur Jodna ‘Wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuhu’, iskey mutabiq sawaab hoga.
Salaam musalmano aur tamam logo ke darmiyaan mohabbat ko farogh deney ke liye hai. Ek doosray ko salaam karna hai wudd karna, ek doosre ke darmiyaan pyaar aur mohabbat paida karna hai, aur baradari mein. Paidal chalne wale shakhs ko baithey huye ko salam karna chahiye, chhota salaam karey pehlay badhey ko, khatoon apne shauhar ko salam karna chahiye. [Khatoon ko aisay mardon ko salam nahi karna chahiye jo Shari’at ke mutabiq iske liye ajnabi samjhay jatay hain; ajnabi mard umooman gair-khooni rishte hotay hai].
Aur yeh Quran mein bhi hai: ‘Wa idha huyyiytum bi tahiyyaJn fa huyyu min-ha bi ahsan min-ha aw rudduha
وَاِذَا حُيِّيْتُمْ بِتَحِيَّةٍ فَحَيُّوْا بِاَحْسَنَ مِنْهَآ اَوْ رُدُّوْهَا ۗ ’(Quran: 4:86). Yeh bayaan karti hai ke agar koi aapko salam kahey, to aapko jawaab dena hai ‘Wa-aleykum as-salam wa rahmatu Allah’ ya kam-az-kam yeh kehna hai ‘Wa-aleykum as-salam’.
Iske alaawa, jab aap ghar me daakhil hotey hai, salam karey. Yeh woh hai jo Mawlana aur Hajjah Amina hamesha kartey thay aur Mai bhi karti hu. Jab aap apney ghar ka darwaza kholay to kehna hai ‘Bismillahi Arrahman Arrahim, As-salamu aleykum’, aapko khaali ghar ko salaam karna hai. Yeh sunnat hai ki aap khaali ghar ko salaam karey.
Aur salaam karna ya kisi ahem ya Muaziz shakhs ke liye uthna, yeh bhi sawab hai aur yeh makrooh ﻣﻛروە nahi hai. Kisi ka ehtram karna acha adab hai jabtak ke woh shakhs aap ko yeh nah kahey: ”Uthna mat.” Is ka talluq salaam se bhi hai .
Iske alaawa, ghair musalmano ko, unke tareeqay mutabiq salaam karna bhi acha hai. Kyunkay isse fitney ka darwaaza band ho jata hai aur fitnah haraam hai. Lekin musalman honay ke natey , ek dosray ko salam karna ‘As-salamu aleykum’, ‘Wa-aleykum as-salam’ ya ‘Merhaba’, yeh karna musalmano ke liye hai. Lekin ghair musalmano ke liye, unhey unki zabaan mein salaam karna ‘hello, hi, tschüss’ waghaira, yeh theek hoga ghair musalmano ke liye. Isse log aap se itna door nahi hotay, Shari’at ki kitaabo mein likha hai ke yeh fitne se bachna hai.
Aaj kal, Subhan’Allah mai nahi jaanti, bahot saaray musalman – Mai hamesha isse pareshan rehti hu – woh hamesha khaas taur par dargaah par aatey hai aur kabhi bhi ‘Salam aleykum’ nahi kehtey. Aap dekhte hai ke woh parda kiye huye hai aur mukhlis musalmano ki tarah dikhayi detey hai. Hamein waqai iska khayaal rakhna hai. Jab aap kisi jagah jatay hai, agar aap un logo ko nahi bhi jantay hai phir bhi aapko ‘Salam aleykum’ kehna chahiye. Yeh sunnat hai aur hamein iss par amal karna chahiye. Isse logon aur musalmano ke darmiyaan waqfiyat aur qurbat bhi paida hoti hai. Isliye humein iss ka khayaal rakhna hai.
Insha’Allah, agli dafa do-hafto mein, agar aapke paas inn teeno ders ke baray mein kuch sawalaat hai jo humne ab tak seekhey hai, toh inhen Hajjah Riham ko bhej dijiye. Insha’Allah agli dafa mai unn sawalaat ke jawabaat deney ki koshish karoongi jahan aapko shakh hai ya samajhmay nahi aaya lekin bara-e-karam achhay sawalaat banayein, inhey taweel ya na-qabil-e-feham sawalaat na banayein .
Aur baad me Insha’Allah hum salah اﻟﺻﻼه (namaz) ke mauzu ki shuruwat karenge. Yeh wuzu ke mauzu ka ikhtitam hai Insha’Allah, mujhe umeed hai ke yeh samajh mein aaya hoga. Mujhe umeed hai ke meri thodi si English se aapko yeh samajh aagaya hai aur mai astaghfirullah karti hu, mai Allah Azza Wa Jalla se maafi mangti hu agar mai kuch bhool gayi hu, agar mujhse kuch reh gaya ho, shayad kuch cheezay mainey chhodh hi diya ho. Insha’Allah, mujhe umeed hai ki aap sab isse faida uthayenge aur isay samajh rahay hai. Wa min Allahi At-tawfeeq.
