    Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Rahim. Tariqatuna Assohba wal khayru fil jam’iyya.

Insha’Allah, aaj hum baat karenge salah ke mauzo par. Salah اﻟﺻﻼة hoti hai namaaz. Humne baat ki thi wuzu ke barey me, aur gusul ke barey mein, kaisey paak hona hai. Namaaz ke liye hamara paak hona zaroori hai: apne jism mein, apne libaas mein, aur apne ibaadat ki jagah ka bhi. Isiliye namaaz, salah, ki sabse pehli shart hai paak hona.

Aur salah ke liye, namaaz ke liye, kisi shakhs par yeh farz honay ke liye, isski teen shara’it hai. Pehla hai Musalman hona, Islam ki pairavi karna. Dusra hai baaligh hona, baloghat ko pahuchna. Aur teesra hai samajhdar hona. Yahi teen shara’it hai jo kisi shakhs par namaaz ko farz banati hai. Gair-musalmano ke liye yeh farz nahi hai, ghair-baaligho ke liye, woh jo abhi baloghat tak nahi pahuche hai, yeh farz nahi hai, paagal shakhs ke liye bhi yeh farz nahi hai.

Hamein apne bachho ko namaaz ki tarbiyat dena shuru kar dena chahiye jab woh 7 saal ke hotay hai. Aur jab woh 10 saal ke hojaye toh hamein unko yeh laazmi padhaana chahiye; aur agar woh namaaz padhne mein susti kartay hai, to humay unko samjhana chahiye, ya baaz auqaat hum ek haath ka istemaal karte hue unki peeth par maar saktey hai unhey namaaz ki targhib dene ke liye. Inhay yeh maloon hona chahiye ke farishtay unke achhe aur buray amaal ki kitaab likhna shuru kar denge jab woh baloghat ko pahochtey hai; unke gunah aur achhe amaal darj kiye jayengay. Yeh zyada tar 15 saal ki umr ke kareeb hota hai, ke jab unhey inkey amaal ke liye zimmedaar samjha jayega aur yeh inke liye darj hota jayega.

Namaaz ki khud 6 shara’it hai namaaz shuru karne se pehlay, aur 6 shara’it hai namaaz ke douran, namaaz hi ke liye. Pehli shart yeh hai ki aapka jism paak ho, agar aapko gusul karney ki zaroorat hai, to gusul karna hoga, agar gusul ki zaroorat nahi hai, to wuzu karna hoga. Apne aapko paak karna hoga najasat se, gandagi se aur wuzu karna hoga. Aur yeh yaqeeni banaye ke aapka libaas saaf hai. Agar aapke libaas par koi najaasat hai, to usay dholay, libaas tabdeel karne ki zaroorat nahi hai, aap uss hisse ko dho saktey hai agar aapko gandagi nazar aarahi hai. Gandagi ke maeinay hai: khoon, peshab, sharaab ya pakhaana (jaanwar ya insaan ki). Agar inmay se kuch bhi aapko nazar aata hai aur yeh aapke angothay jitney hisse se kam hai, to yeh theek hai. Lekin agar yeh ussay zyada hua, to aapko isay dhonay ki zaroorat hai. Jo cheezay aap dekh saktey hai, jaisay khoon, ya jaanwaro ki gandagi, usay ek baar achhi tarha dholay, aur nichhod lay, yeh kaafi hoga. Lekin agar yeh koi aisi cheez hai jo aapko nazar nahi aarahi, jaisay peshab, aapko nazar nahi aati lekin ussme se badboo aati hai, to shart yeh hai ke aap uss jagah ko ek baar dhokar, nichodley, aur phir dobara aur teesri martaba: shart yahi hai ke uss jagah ko teen baar saaf karna hai, peshab ya sharab jaisi cheezo ke liye jiska rang nahi hota. Kyuke yeh aapko nazar nahi aata, aapko usay teen martaba saaf karna hoga: dhona, nichodna, dhona nichodna, dhona, nichodna. Lekin agar yeh koi aisi cheez hai jo aapko nazar aati hai, to aapko usay ek baar dhonay ki zaroorat hai, chahey thodasa rang reh jaye lekin gandagi khatam ho chuki hai, ek martaba kaafi hai safai ke liye.

Iske alawa namaaz ke liye ek paak jagah chahiye. Rasool’Allahﷺ farmatay hai Allah ne Aapﷺ ko izzat bakshi yeh saari dunya ko ek masjid ki tarah banakar, Aapﷺ aur Aapﷺ ki ummat ke liye. Lehaaza, koi bhi jagah jo saaf hai aap uss par namaaz padh saktey hai. Agar aapko qibla maloom hai, to aap uss par namaaz padh saktey hai, talaash karney ki koi zaroorat nahi hai kisi khaas jagah ki, ya mandir ya ibaadat ke jagah ki. Yaha tak ke aapke ghar mein bhi, aap namaaz padh saktey hai kisi bhi jagah jo saaf hai. Agar aap khet mein hai, aapko uss jagah namaaz nahi padhni hai jaha jaanwar hotay hai kyuki yeh umooman ganda hota hai. Lekin agar waha jaanwar hai aur zameen khushk hai aur uss par dhoop padhti hai, toh usay saaf samjha jaayega. Aap uss jagah par bhi namaaz padh saktey hai. Agar aapko maloom hai ke kisi waqt mein uss jagah par gandagi thi, lekin baadme uss jagah par dhoop thi hai aur hawa chali thi, aur dhoop se woh jagah khushk ho chuki hai, to aap uss par namaaz padh saktey hai. Lekin aap uss zameen se tayammum nahi kar saktey. Isiliye zehen-nasheen karley ke koi bhi khushk jagah, usay saaf samjha jata hai aur aap uss par namaaz padh saktey hai.

Lekin isske yeh maeinay nahi ke aap namaaz padhey kisi aisi jagah mein jaise ki hammam, jaise gusul-khana, aisi jagahay jaha log dhoya kartey hai, ya aur bhi aise kisi jagah. Ya koi jagah jaise ke jaanwaro ka astabal, jaha charo taraf jaanwaro ki gandagi hoti hai, lehaaza waha par namaaz padhna pasand nahi kiya jata. Doosri soorat mein, koi bhi jagah jo aapke khayaal mein saaf hai aur woh khushk hai, yeh theek hai, aap waha namaaz padh saktey hai. Isiliye sabse pehli cheez jiska aapko khayaal rakhna chahiye namaaz shuru karne se pehlay woh hai safai. Aapka jism, wuzu karna aapko zaroori hai, aapka libaas saaf hona zaroori hai, aur jiss jagah aap namaaz adaa karne ja rahe hai, uss jagah ka saaf hona zaroori hai – yahi pehli shart hai.

Doorsi shart hai wuzu ka hona. Apne aapko saaf karney ke baad aapko wuzu karna hai aur hum wuzu ke mauzu par pehle baat kar chuke hai.

Teesri shart hai namaaz ka waqt durust hona. Namaaz ke paanch waqt hotay hai. Subah ki namaaz ka waqt hai jab Fajr ki pehli roshni tulu-e- aftaab ke baad zahir hoti hai, yeh subah ki namaaz ka waqt hai, Salatul Subuh ﺻﻼة اﻟﺻﺑﺢ. Sooraj tulu honay ke baad, subah ki namaaz ka waqt khatam hojata hai. Agar aapne namaaz nahi padhi, agar aapse namaaz chhoot gayi hai, toh aap niyyat karlay uss ki qaza adaa karney ki, chhooti huyee namaaz ka azaala karnay ke liye, aur aap yeh adaa karlay uss ki sunnat ke sath. Zohar tak, adha-din ka waqt, aap subah namaaz ki farz aur sunnat dono ki qaza adaa kar saktey hai, iss niyyat ke sath ke aap chhooti huyee (namaaz) adaa kar rahe hai, qaza.

Zohar ka waqt hota hai Zawal ke baad. Zawal ke maeinay hai jab sooraj pahuch gaya ho darmiyaan mein, urooj par, aasmaan mein aur phir ab yeh maghrib ki taraf neechay jana shuru hojaye. Jab Sooraj neechay maghrib ki taraf badhne lagta hai, to Zohar namaaz ka waqt shuru ho jata hai. Zohar namaaz iss waqt se lekar tab tak hi hota hai jab kisi cheez ka saaya uss ki khud ki (uss cheez ki) lambai barabar na hojaye. Yeh waqt hota hai Zohar ka.

Asr ka waqt tab hai jab kisi cheez ka saaya uss cheez ki lambai barabar ya usse zyada hojaye aur yeh bas ghuroob-e aftaab ke waqt tak hota hai. Agar aapke paas koi darakht hai aur darakht ka saaya uss darakht ki lambai barabar ho, toh yeh Asr ka waqt hai .

Maghrib ka waqt ghuroob-e- aftaab se lekar hota hai, jab aasman surkh ho jata hai, yeh surkhi rang jab andheray mein kho jata hai, jab waqai andhera chhaa jata hai. Yeh maghrib ka waqt hota hai. Yeh bahot mukhtasar hota hai, yeh shayad 1 ghanta ya 1 ghanta 15 minute hota hai, kuch iss tarah.

Isha ka waqt hota hai mukammal andheray se lekar subah ki namaaz tak, Fajr ki pehli roshni tak. Yeh Isha ka waqt hota hai. Lehaaza namaaz ki doosri shart yahi hai, ke usska waqt durust ho, usse pehlay aap woh namaaz nahi padh saktey. Aap pehli roshni nikalne se pehlay subah ki namaaz nahi padh saktey, ya aap Zawal se pehlay Zohar ki namaaz nahi padh saktey. Aur jab namaaz ka waqt khatam hojaye, maeinay ki jab agli namaaz ka waqt shuru hojaye, to phir aap pichlay waqt ki namaaz qaza (chhooti huyee namaaz ka azaala) ke taur par padh saktey hai. Yahi hai doosri shart.

Chauthi shart hai satr al-‘awra ﺳﺗر اﻟﻌورة , libaas pehenna apney jism ko dhaanpne ke liye, ‘awra’ ke liye. (‘Awra jism ke woh hissay hai jinhein dhaanpna zaroori hai. Khawateen ke liye, yeh unka pura jism hota hai siwaaye unke chehre aur haatho/hathayli ke. Mardo ke liye yeh unke naaf ke oopar se lekar unke ghutno ke nichey tak hai). Durust tareeqay se dhaanpe baghair, namaaz mukammal nahi hogi. Khawateen ko libaas

pehenna chahiye unke puray jism ko dhaanpne ke liye siwaaye unke chehre aur haatho/hathayli ke (unke pairo ko taknay ke hisse tak khula rakh saktey hai). Jism ke baqi tamaam hisso ko dhaanpna zaroori hai. Unhey aisay dhaanpna hai jiss tarha Mainay dhaanpa hua hai. Apne sar pe dhaanpe hue kapday ko gardan ke pichey bandhna, jisse aapke kaan, ya aapka gala ya aapki peeth ka hissa khula dikhayee de yeh namaaz mein qabil-e-qubool nahi hai. Aapko namaaz ke dauran apnay kaan, apna gala, apna seenah aur apni peeth ko dhaanpna zaroori hai. Sirf aapka chehra aur aapke haath/hathayli dikhaaye de saktey hai, aur agar aap mozay nahi pehantay hai, to phir aapke taknay tak hissa bhi dikhaayee de sakta hai. Yeh Madhhab Al-Hanafi ke liye hai, mai aapko dobarah yaad dilaati hu.

Mardo ke liye, unhey apne naaf se lekar ghutno ke neechay tak dhaanpna zaroori hai, agar unke paas pehennay ke liye koi bhi libaas nahi hai. Unka ‘awra unke naaf ke oopar se lekar ghutno ke nichlay hisse tak hota hai aur unhey yeh dhaanpna zaroori hai. Lekin sirf ‘awra ko dhaanp kar aur baqi jism be-parda karke namaaz padhna mustahab nahi hai. Mardo ke liye bhi, yeh zyada behtar hai ke woh lambi baazu ka libaas pehne, sar par topi pehne aur namaaz ke waqt munaasib libaas pehne. Hajj mein, woh ihram pehentay hai, yeh theek hai lekin mukhtalif jagaaho par jab namaaz ka waqt hota hai, aur agar unke paas pehennay ko libaas hai, toh unhey libaas pehenna zaroori hai. Mardo, ko bhi, namaaz ke liye munaasib libaas pehenna zaroori hai. Mawlana Sheikh Nazim jab Mere bachhay choti baazu pehentay thay, to unhey yeh pasand nahi tha, woh chahte thay ki yeh lambi baazu ka libaas pehne namaaz ke waqt aur ghar mein ghumte-phirtay waqt bhi. Unhey kabhi bhi pasand nahi tha logo ka, yahan tak ke mardo ka bhi, choti baazu pehenna. Maine kabhi bhi Mawlana ko unke andhoori kapde ya choti baazu wale libaas mein namaaz padhte huye nahi dekha, woh hamesha munaasib libaas pehentay thay aur sar par topi rakhtay, hatta ke imama bhi pehentay. Lekin agar aapke paas koi ikhtiyar nahi hai ya aapko jaldi hai ya koi aur cheez hai, to mardo ke liye satr al-‘awra naaf se lekar ghutno ke neechay tak hota hai. Yahi teesri shart hai.

Paanchvi shart hai khaday hona Qibla rukh ki taraf, qibla rukh talaash karna aur qibla-y ki taraf khaday hona hai. Jo ke hai Ka’bah ki taraf. Agar aap Ka’bah mein hai Makkah mein, jab aap namaaz padhte hai to aapko Ka’bah ko dekhna hai. Lekin jab aap apne ghar mein hai, ya masjid mein ya mukhtalif jagaaho par, toh aapko apni nigaahey zameen par sajday ki jagah rakhna hai jab aap namaaz mein khaday huye hotay hai. Apne chehre ko qibla-y ki taraf rukh karna hai aur nigaahey rakhni hai sajday ki jagah zameen par.

Chhatti shart hai niyyat/iraada karna, niyyat karna uss namaaz ki jo aap adaa karne wale hai. Aapko kehna hai:‘Nawaytu an ussalli lillahi ta’ala sunnah Salatul Subuh’ ya phir ‘fard Salatul Subuh’, [maeinay] ke ‘Mai niyyat karti hu namaaz adaa karne ki sunnat subah namaaz wastay Allah Azza Wa Jalla ke ’ ya phir ‘farz subah namaaz’. To yahi hai niyyat karna aur zaahir/wazahat karna namaaz ke baray mein, agar toh yeh subah ki namaaz hai, Zohar ki namaaz, aadha-din ki namaaz, Asar ki namaaz, Dopahar ki namaaz. Aap jo bhi namaaz adaa karne walay hai uski niyyat karlay. Agar aapki niyyat Sunnat padhne ki hai, to aap sunnat namaaz ki niyyat karlay. Agar aap farz namaaz padhne ja rahe hai, to aap farz ki niyyat karley. Nafil ke liye, aap niyyat kar saktey hai yeh bhi theek hai, lekin agar aap yeh bhool jatey hai toh koi fark nahi padta kyuki yeh nafil namaaz hai, nafil ke maeinay hai ke aap usay apni marzi se padh rahay hai, yeh farz nahi hai. Lekin Rasool’Allahﷺ isay padhtay rahe aur sahaba se bhi kaha isay padhne ke liye. To yahi shara’it hai namaaz ke pehlay ki.

Namaaz ke dauran shara’it yeh hai ke sabse pehle aapko karna hai takbir al-ihram, kehna hota hai ‘Allahu Akbar.’ Khawateen ke liye, aapko apne haath/hathayli ko kandho ke andar tak uthana hai, aur mardo ko kandho ke upar tak. Haath/Hathayli kholkar kehna hai ‘Allahu Akbar’, iss tarah.

Dusri shart hai khada hona, namaaz ko khadey hokar shuru karna hai. Aapko apne haath/hathayli ko ek-dusray par rakhna hai, daya haath bayein haath ke upar. Khawateen ke liye, haatho ko apne seenay ke nichay rakhna hai, apni chhaati ke neechay, mardo ke liye yeh unki naaf ke nichay rakhna hai. Yeh chhoti chhoti si cheezay hai, lekin kyuki khawateen zyada naazuk hoti hai, lehaaza hamari harkatey bhi halke andaaz se hotay hai.

Teesri shart hai Quran padhna, jab aap khaday huye ho tab Quran padhna hai. Quran padhne ke maeinay hai Fatiha aur ek surah padhna hai.

Namaaz mein Chauthi shart hai ruku’, aapko kehna hai ‘Allahu Akbar’, aur aapko apne haatho/ hathayli ko apne ghutno par rakhna hai aur jhukna hai (qamar se), aur aapko kehna hai ‘Subhana Rabbi Al-Azeem’, 3 martaba. Aur dobarah se khaday hona hai, kehtay huye ‘Sami’a Allahu li-man hamida, Rabbana laka’l-hamd’.

Aur, Paanchvi shart hai, mukhtasar baith kar darmiyan mein do sajday karna aur aapko kehna hai ‘Subhana Rabbi Al-A’la’, 3 martaba sajday me. Sajday me, jab aap sajday mein jatey hai, pehlay aapko apne ghutno ko rakhna hai, phir apne haatho ko, aur phir apne chehre ko zameen par rakhna hai, aapki peshaani aur naak zameen ko chhoona chahiye.

Aapke jism ke saath hissay zameen ko choona zaroori hai: aapke pairo ka, aapke ghutnay, aapke dono haath/hathayli, aapka chehra (naak aur peshaani). Aapki kohneeyo ko zameen par nahi hona chahiye. Khawateen ke liye, unhe apni kohneeyo ko thoda sa uthaayein rehna hai, apne

jism ke qareeb rakhtay huye. Mardo ke liye, unko yeh zyada uthana hai apne jism se thoda upar. Rasool‘Allah ﷺ farmatay hai: “Woh nahi karo jo kutta karta hai, apne pooray baazu ko, kohni se haath tak ka hissa zameen par mat rakho”. Aapko sajda kartay waqt apni kohneeyo ko thoda-sa uthaayein huye rehna hai, khawateen ko unke jism ke qareeb aur mardo ko unke jism se thoda upar. Chehra, haatho ka, ghutno ka, pairo ka – jism ke inn saath hisso ko – zameen par chhoona zaruri hai. Sajda kartay huye, aapko apne pairo ko nahi uthana hai, ek ya dono, kuch log apne pairo ko uthaya kartay hai. Yeh durust nahi hai, unko zameen par rakhna chahiye.

Aur namaaz ki Chhatti shart hai aakhri martaba baithna, salaam se pehle, baithna aur padhna hai tashahhud:

At tahiyyatu Lillahi wa-salawatu wa’t-tayyibatu, as-salamu ‘alayka ayyuha’n-Nabiyyu wa rahmat Allahi wa barakatuhu. As-salamu ‘alayna wa ‘alaa ‘ibad-Illah is-saliheen. Ashhadu alla ilaha illallah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan ‘abduhu wa rasuluhu’. Aur yeh: ‘Allahumma ṣalli ʿala Muḥammadin wa ʿala ‘aali Muḥammad wa sallim, kama ṣallayta ʿala Ibrahima wa ʿala ‘aali Ibrahima, wa barik ʿala Muḥammadin wa ʿala ‘aali Muḥammadin, kama barakta ʿala Ibrahima wa ʿala ‘aali Ibrahim fil ʿalamin innaka Hamidun Majeed.’ (Aapko baithay hi rehna hai jabtak aap yeh padh na ley), aur phir aap (salaam) detey hai ‘Assaalamu alaykum wa rahmat Allah’ [apna sar ghumaatey huye] pehlay daayi taraf aur phir ‘Assaalamu alaykum wa rahmat Allah’ [apna sar ghumaatey huye] baayi taraf.

Aur jab aap apne ghutno par baithey huye ho, baaye pair ko apne daaye pair ke neechay rakhna hai. Khawateen ke liye, inko thoda ek taraf rehna hai, mardo ke liye yeh apne pairo par baithney ki tarah hona chahiye. Yeh behtar hoga ke mukhtalif harkato mein na baithay, sirf (apne ghutno par baithay) aur baaye pair ko apne daaye pair ke neechay rakhay.

Teen waqt hai jiss me namaaz padhna mamnoo hota hai. Ek subah namaaz ke baad tulu-e-aftaab se lekar 15 minute tak, iss waqt mein namaaz padhna mamnoo hota hai. Agar aapko subah namaaz ki farz adaa karni baaki hai kyuki aapko der hogayi hai, to aapko isay bahot zyada jaldi adaa karna hoga, aur koshish karey ki ismay itni der na karay. Agar aapko itni der ho chuki hai ke sooraj tulu hona pehle hi shuru hogaya hai, toh aapko sooraj tulu hone ke baad 15 minute tak intezaar karna hoga (Ishraq/ tulu-e-aftaab woh hai jab aap dekhte hai ke sooraj ufaq se tulu hogaya hai aur uske upar ek mukammal dairaah hai). Lehaaza, hum subah ki namaaz padhne ke baad Ishraq (sooraj tulu hone ke baad 15 minute) tak aur kuch nahi padhte hai. Aisa nahi hai ki aap subah ki namaaz padhnay ke baad kuch bhi padhay, chahay waqt bhi baaqi ho aur andhera bhi baqi ho. Subah namaaz ke baad tulu-e-aftaab ka intezaar karna hai, aur phir aap namaaz padh saktey hai, lekin fauran subah namaaz ke baad nahi. Iss waqt namaaz padhna mamnoo hota hai .

Doosra waqt hai jab sooraj aasman ke ain wast mein/bilkul beech mein pahuch gaya hai, aur yeh Zawal ki taraf janay ki shuruwat se pehle hota hai. Iska matlab hai Zohar namaaz se 10-15 minute pehlay, iss waqt mein bhi namaaz padhna mamnoo hota hai. Aur teesra waqt hai Asar namaaz ke baad se Maghrib ki namaaz tak, jab sooraj guroob horaha hota hai toh iss dauran namaaz padhna pasand nahi kiya jata, sirf agar toh aap asar ki namaaz padh rahay hai, iss waqt namaaz padhna makrooh hota hai, lekin chunkay yeh farz hai aur aapko isay padhna laazmi hai. Inn teen waqt mein namaaz padhna mamnoo hota hai jab tak ki aap farz namaaz adaa na karna chahtay ho, farz namaaz isse pehle waqt ki. Warna aapko intezaar karna padega doosri namaazo ke liye, nafil, ya deegar izafi namaazey. Sirf Ka’bah ke ird-gird, iss waqt mein namaaz padhna mamnoo nahi hai. Yahi woh wahid jagah hai jahan aap kisi bhi waqt, koi bhi namaaz padh saktey hai.

Ab Mai aapko bataongi namaaz ki rak’at ke baarey mein.

Subah namaaz, Salatul Subuh: 2 rak’at sunnat, 2 rak’at farz. Zohar ke waqt : 4 rak’at sunnat, 4 rak’at farz, laazmi, 2 ya 4 rak’at sunnat baadme. Asr ke waqt: 4 rak’at sunnat aur 4 rak’at farz. Aur Maghrib mein: 3 rak’at farz, 2 rak’at sunnat. Isha mein: 4 rak’at sunnat, 4 rak’at farz, 2 ya 4 rak’at sunnat dobara and 3 rak’at witr wajib. Lehaaza yeh sab jodkar agar aap ginti  karay,  to  yeh har roz 40 rak’at hai sunnat aur witr wajib ke sath.   Mawlana Sheikh Nazim ﻗدس ﷲ ﺳره do/2 ra’kat sunnat/nafil padha kartay thay maghrib ki namaaz se pehle. Yeh 2 rak’at dusre Mazhabo mein tajweez ki gaye hai, lekin hamaray Mazhab mein nahi. Lehaaza hum isska zikr kartey hai yaha kyuki Maulana isay padhtay thay isiliye.

Rasool’Allahﷺ ka yeh mashwara hai 4 rak’at sunnat Zohar baad aur Isha baad padhna, Aapﷺ ne iska mashwara bhi diya aur Aapﷺ isay padha bhi kartay. Aur yeh taqwa se hai, zyaada naik-amaal karna aur Allah se darna. Asr aur Isha se pehle ki 4 rak’at sunnat muakkadah nahi hai. Sunnat muakkadah ke maeinay hai ke Rasool’Allah ﷺ yeh kabhi nahi chodtay, Aap ﷺ yeh hamesha padha kartey. Lekin Asr aur Isha ke liye, isse pehle ki sunnat, agar aap se yeh chhoot jaaye, to isski qaza adaa nahi karna hai. Lekin Zohar ke waqt, farz se pehle ki 4 rak’at, agar aapse chhoot jaye, toh aapko isay padhna hoga jab aap laazmi, farz namaaz adaa kar chukay ho tab.

Aur subah ki namaaz ke liye bhi aapko isay karna hai, lekin woh hota hai jab aap imam ke peechay namaaz padh rahe hai. Subah namaaz se pehley ki sunnat agar aap se choot jaye, ya phir Zohar ke pehley ki, kyuki aapko jaldi thi Imam ke sath namaaz milane ki, toh aap yeh uske baad bhi padh saktey hai. Zohar ke liye, aapko yeh adaa karni hai doosri sunnat ke baad lekin subah namaaz ke liye, aapko intezaar karna hoga sooraj ke tulu honay tak/Ishraq tak phir aap sunnat qaza ke taur par, padh saktey hai. Isska matlab hai Ishraq ke baad, sooraj tulu honay ke baad.

Aur ek mukhtasar si baat hai adab ke lehaaz se waalid aur walida ke huqooq kisi shakhs par. Musalmano par yeh laazim hai ke woh apne waalid aur walida ka khayal rakhay. Quran mein, baaz dafa Allah Azza Wa Jalla, pehlay Farmata hai ke Allah par imaan rakho, aur dusra yeh Farmata hai ke apney waalid aur walida ka khayaal rakha karo. Yeh hota hai birr al-walidayn اﻟوﻟﯾد ﺑر , yeh bahut ehem hai. Agar woh gair-musalman hi kyu na ho, hamein unka khayal rakhna zaroori hai, yeh farz hai. Gair-musalman walidayn ke liye, aap unka khayal rakh saktey hai, jabtak ke woh aapko islaam ke khilaf koi kaam karne ka hukm na de. Agar woh aapko Islam ke khilaaf koi kaam karne ko kehtay hai, toh aapko unki woh baat nahi manni hai lekin maamool ki zindagi ke liye, unhey kisi madad ki zaroorat hai, to aapko unki madad karni hogi. Aapko unhey kisi church ya mandir ya wagairah ke liye nahi lejana hai lekin aap unhey waha se waapsi mein lekar aa saktey hai. Yeh farz hai musalmano ke liye, sabke liye – khawateen ho ya mard – apne walidayn ka khayaal rakhna, unke sath achha sulooq karna, unpar nahi chillana/awaaz oonchi karna, unse ladhna nahi hai, unhey tang nahi karna hai, agar woh umr daraaz ho jayein toh unki khidmat karna, yahan tak ke agar unki umr itni zyada bhi nahi hai, to unki zindagi mein unki madad karna. Walidayn ke huqooq ek shakhs par uss shakhs ke apne waalid aur walida par huqooq se zyada hotey hai.

Har aulaad ke teen huqooq hote uske waalid aur walida par. Pehla haq yeh hai ke aulaad ki paidaish par isska ek achha naam rakha jaaye. Yahi pehla haq hai. Doosra haq yeh hai ke aulaad ki parwarish achhay tareeqay se ki jaaye. Maa aur Baap ko chahiye ke woh apni aulaad ki achhe tareeqay se parwarish karey aur usay achhay ikhlaaq aur deen ki tarbiyat dey aur naik aur parhaizgaar bannay ka tareeqa seekhaye. Yahi doosra haq hai. Walidayn par aulaad ka teesra haq yeh hai ke woh usski kisi achhay shakhs se nikaah karwaye; shauhar, ya biwi, ki talaash karna, jo unke liye ek achha sakhs saabit ho taakay woh apni baaqi ki zindagi aur aakhirat khushi se guzaar sakey. Yahi teen huqooq hai aulaad ke walidayn par.

Insha’Allah, Allah hamein apne bachho ki achhi tarah dekh bhaal karne ki taufeeq ataa farmayein aur hum unke liye dua-goh hai, aur Allah hamein sahi raah par rakhay, aur hamaray walidayn ko, aur hamein apne walidayn ki achhi tarah dekh bhaal karne mein madad ataa farmaiye aur Allah jaisa chahta hai ke hum karay, Insha’Allah. Hamari niyyat khaalis hai, to Insha’Allah isska ajar achha hoga.
