Aaj, Main baat karna chahti hu Salat -al Jama’ah [Jama’at ki Namaaz] ke baarey mein. Jama’at ke maenay hai sabke-sath milkar namaaz padhna, ikhattha hokar. Mawlana Sheikh Mehmet ne iss mauzu par ek chhota sa ders diya tha aur woh thoda naraaz huye thay, lehaza Mainay socha ki aap sabko yaad dila-du ke yeh kaisay hota hai aur isay kaisay padhna hai Insha’Allah.


Bismillahi Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim.
Jama’at ki Namaaz sunnah muakaddah سنة مؤكدة hai, iskay maenay hai ke Rasool’Allah صلى الله عليه وسلمisay har dafa padha kartein. Aur mardo ke liye, isay padhney ki behtareen jagah hai masjid mein, ba-jama’at [sab ikhattha hokar]. Khawateen ke liye, isay padhney ki behtareen jagah hai unkay gharon mein. Agar aapka bahar jaana hua aur aap Jama’at ki namaaz mein shaamil hotey hai, toh yeh theek hai lekin khawateen par yeh farz nahi hai ke woh rozana bahar jayein aur masjid mein ba-jama’at namaaz adaa karein. Agar aap ittefaq se bahar hai, theek hai, lekin yeh khawateen par laazmi nahi hain.


Jama’at ki Namaaz kaisay hoti hai? Do afraad ko jama’at samjha ja sakta hai; lehaza, ghar mein, aap jama’at qayam kar saktey hain apney shauhar ke sath, ya apney betay ke sath. Imam honay ki shara’it hai: sabse pehli yeh, Musalman hona; phir, baaligh hona; samajhdar hona; Quran ki tilawat ka tariqa malum hona; namaaz’ay kaisey padhni hai iskey liye fiqh ki munasib malumat hona; aur aakhir mein, mard hona. Hanafi mazhab mein yeh makruh, napasandeedah hain, ke khawateen imam banay. Shafi’i mazhab mein yeh theek hain. Baaz-auqaat khawateen ek doosray ki imam’at kar sakti hain, agar woh ek-doosray ko namaaz padhney ka tariqa seekha rahi ho, lekin aksar aap aisa nahi kar saktey. Yeh makruh hai, napasandeedah hai, Hanafi mazhab mein. Toh yeh hai imam ke liye.
Aur yeh bhi, agar bahot saarey log ek doosray ke barabar ho, ilm aur Quran ki tilawat ke lehaaz se, toh woh imam ke taur par unmein se zaeef umr walay ko muntakhib kartey hain. Agar tamaam afraad ek hi umr ke hai, toh woh imam ke taur par usay muntakhib kartey hai joh tilawat ya ilm ke lehaaz se unmein behtar hain. Ya agar woh sab barabar hai, toh aisay mein woh apne liye jisay chahay imam muntakhib karlein.


Agar sirf 3 afraad namaaz padh rahay ho, toh imam ko darmiyan (beech) mein khada hona chahiye. Lekin agar sirf do log namaaz padhnay walay hai, toh doosra shakhs imam ke daayein taraf khada hojayein, ek qadam peechay. Agar log bahot zyada hain, toh imam ko thoda-sa agay hokar khada hona chahiye taakay baqi tamaam log unn ke peechay safo’n mein khaday hojayein.

Inhein daayein se kekar baayein tak ek qataar mein khada hona chahiye aur ek doosray ke sath khada hona chahiye. Sahaba karaam Rasool’Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم ke peechay qataar mein khaday hua kartein aur kabhi-kabhi unn ke kapday kandhon ki taraf se phatt jaya kartein kyunkay woh bohat zyada nazdeek khaday hotey thay. Aaj kal, unke paon aapas mein ek meter ke faaslay par hotey hain, iss par Maulana bahot gussa huyein. 1 shakhs ke pairo ko sirf 10 centimeter ke faaslay par honay chahiye, yeh kaafi hai, issay zyada nahi. Qataar bharnay ka matlab yeh yakeeni banana hai ke har koi kandhay se kandha mila kar khada hai. Pehli qataar mein hona achha hai, zyada sawaab hai, phir doosri qataar aur teesri qataar, aur wagairah. Yeh jama’at ke tarikay ke liye hai. Imam ke peechay, pehlay mard atay hain, mardo ke peechay ladkey atay hain, aur ladko ke peechay khawateen aati hain. Jab imam aur jama’at ho toh yahi hukm hai.


Hanafi mazhab mein, jab imam namaaz mein khaday hokar Quran ki tilawat karta hain, toh aap imam ke sath padhtey nahi hai. Aapko sirf khamosh rehna hain. Shafi’i mazhab mein, Fatiha padhna farz hain. Lehaza kabhi kabhi jab aap masjid mein jayein, toh imam thoday-se waqt ke liye ruk jata hain taaki joh koi bhi Shafi’i mazhab ki pairwi kartein hai toh woh Fatiha padh sakey. Aur yeh bhi, subah [Fajr], Maghrib aur Isha ki namaaz’ay buland aawaz se padhi jati hain, Quran ki tilaawat oonchay aawaz mein hoti hai. Zohar aur Asr ke liye, yeh khamoshi se hai. Jab imam Fatiha padhta hai, toh peechay log baaz auqaat oonchi aawaz mein ‘Ameeeeeeen’ kehte hain. Isi baat par Mawlana Sheikh Mehmet ko thoda gussa aagaya.


Hatta ke jama’at mein mardo ko bhi, usay itni oonchi aawaz mein nahi kehna chahiye. Unhein sirf utna hi ooncha kehna chahiye ke woh khud sun sakey. Khawateen ke liye, imam ke Fatiha padhney ke baad unhein oonchi aawaz mein ‘Ameeeeeen’ kehna jaaiz nahi hai, nahi. Aap apney aap ke liye padhtey hain, khamoshi se. Khatoon ki aawaaz ‘awra عورة (ek neeji cheez jisay woh chupayein) hain, lehaza, aap iss ki taraf dusro ki tawajjo na layein. Aap imam ke baad oonchi aawaz mein ‘Ameen’ nahi kehtay. Sirf bahot khamoshi se, ke shayad aap khud bhi na sun payein, yeh khawateen ke liye hai. Mardo ke liye bhi, inhein ‘Ameeeeeeen’ nahi kehna chahiye, nahi. Sirf ‘Ameen’ aur woh bhi dheemi aawaz mein, itna ooncha nahi. Yeh Hanafi mazhab ke liye hai. Shafi’i mazhab mein woh buland aawaz mein keh saktey hain lekin khawateen ke liye, koi bhi mazhab imam ke peechay unn ki aawaz sun-ney ki ijaazat nahi deta. Yehi baat Mawlana Sheikh keh rahay thay aur isi par ghussa huyein.


Baharhaal, waisay bhi hum imam ke peechay nahi padhtey. Jab woh khaday hokar, Quran ki tilawat karein, toh humein padhna nahi hain, hum khamosh rehtay hain. Jab woh ruku’ aur sajda’y mein jayein to hum unki pairwi kartein hain, hum bhi khamoshi se ‘Allahu Akbar’, ‘Sami’ Allahu liman hamida’, ‘Rabbana wa lakal hamd’, padhtey hain, aur hum woh sab kuch padhtay hain joh baad mein namaaz ke darmiyaan padhna hota hain. Jab imam khaday hokar Quran ki tilawat karein, toh humein padhna nahi hain. Ummeed karti hu ke yeh baat samajh mein aa gayi hongi, Insha’Allah. Tarawih mein, baaz auqaat aap ki namaaz chhoot jati hai, aur phir aap ko pehlay Isha ki namaaz padhni hogi, phir aap imam ke sath Tarawih jari rakhenge. Jab aap jama’at ki namaaz mein shaamil hotey hai jiski imam pehle hi shuruwat kar chuka ho, toh, agar aap imam ke sath pahuchtey hain ruku’ mein ya unkay ruku’ mein jane se pehlay, toh yeh aap ki pehli rak’at mein shumaar hojayegi.


Lehaza, agar aap ruku ke dauran imam ke sath pahuchtey hain isse pehlay ke woh ‘Sami’ Allahu liman hamida’ kahey, toh yeh ek raka’at samjhi jayegi. Agar imam ruku mein se khada hokar ‘Sami’ Allahu liman hamida’ keh dey, toh iss ka matlab yeh hai ke aap se yeh rak’at chhoot gayi hai. Ḷekin aap kisi bhi waqt namaaz mein imam ke sath shaamil ho saktey hain, aap niyyat karein ke main Fajr / Zohar / Asr / Maghrib / Isha ki farz namaaz iss imam ki pairwi mein adaa karney ki niyyat karti hu. Muqtadiyatan [imam ki pairwi karna] – aap ko yeh kehna hai, aur imam bhi niyyat ke dauran, yeh kehta hai, ‘Mai namaaz ke liye niyyat karta hu iss jama’at kay imam ke taur par’. Yehi kehna hota hai niyyat ke taur par.


Toh agar aap ki ek raka’at, do rakaat’ay, teen rakaat’ay chhoot jayein, ya mumkin hai ke aap uss waqt pahonchay jab imam Tashahhud ke liye baitha ho, toh aap imam ke sath baith jayein aur jama’at ka sawab bhi le le, aur phir jab imam daayein taraf salaam karein, salaam alaikum kahey, to aap uth jayein aur jo kuch bhi aap se chhoot gaya hai usay aap padh lijiye. Agar aap ki ek raka’at chhoot gayi hai toh aap ek raka’at padhlein, agar aap ki do rakaat’ay chhoot gayi hai, toh aap do rakaat’ay pardlein aur aisehi wagairah. Aur aap usay qaiday mein padhtey hai, joh bhi aap se chhoot gayi hai. Agar aap ki pehli raka’at chhoot gayi hai toh jab imam salaam pherlein to aap uth kar, Fatiha aur doosri surah padhlein. Agar aap se do rakaat’ay chhoot gayi ho, toh aapko uth kar 1 Fatiha aur 1 surah padhni hain jaisa ke namaaz ka tarika hai. Agar aap ki teen rakaat’ay chhoot gayi ho, toh pehli do rakaat’oh mein Fatiha aur ek surah padhlein aur phir teesri raka’at mein, aap ko sirf Fatiha padhna hai. Toh yeh mamul ki tarha hi namaaz ka tarika hai, jaisay aap ne shuru hi se shuruwat ki ho.


Aur agar imam se namaaz mein galti ho jayein, toh woh salaam pherta hai aur do sajda’y karta hai: Sajdah As-Sahu سجدة السهو , aur poori jama’at unn ke sath Sajdah As-Sahu karti hain. Sajdah As-Sahu do sajda’y hotey hain; aap apney daayein taraf salaam phertey hain aur phir imam apne dil mein Sajdah As-Sahu ki niyyat karta hai, phir aap do sajda’y kartein hain aur dobarah At-Tahiyyatu ke liye baith-tay hain, aur aap jaari rakhte hain. Lekin namaaz ke dauran agar jama’at se koi galti hojaye, toh woh namaaz mukammal honay ke baad Sajdah As-Sahu nahi kartey hain kyunkay woh imam ki pairwi kar rahey hotay hain lehaza imam unn ke namaaz mein aamaal ka zimmedaar hain.
