Salam Alaykum Khawateen. Hamarey Ders me khushamdeed. Quran mein ek ayah karima (muqaddas aayat) hai, Allah Azza wa Jalla farmata hai: ‘Wa dhakkir fa inna ad-dhikra tanfa’al mu’mineen’

“وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ” Quran 51:55]

Yaad dilana imaan walo ke liye faideymand hai. ’

Pichley hafte hum ne ghusl/gusul ﻏﺳل ke baray mein baat ki thi aur Insha Allah hamaray paas uski naqal dastyab hai Google Drive par – Hajjah Riham ne isey munazzam kiya – yeh ab bahut si zabaano mein hai. Ho sakta hai mein kuch cheezey bhool gayi hogi, ya kuch reh gaya tha lekin meri niyyat sirf yaad dilana hai. Yaqeenan, aap mein se bahut log fiqh aur un cheezon ke barey mein bahot kuch jantey hain jin ke barey mein Mai baatein kar rahi hu, lekin mera irada sirf yaad dilana hai.

Aur ho sakta hai aap kuch choti batein jaan jaye jo aap mein se kuch log chod rahey hai. Yeh hai ridha’an lillahi ta’ala ًرضاءا لله تعالى, Allah ke liye, Allah ki Raza ke liye.

Bismillahi Ar-rahman Ar-rahim. Aaj hum wudhu وﺿوء ke barey mein baat karengey. Wudhu hota hai wuzu. Ibaadat karney, namaaz padhne, tilaawat ya Quran chuney ke liye, Ka’bah ka tawaaf karne ke liye, muqaddas maqamaat ki ziyarat ke liye hamein wuzu karne ki zaroorat hai, wudhu. Sab se pehlay, wuzu karne se pehlay, hamein apne jism ka paak hona zaroori hai. Hum ne gusul ke baray mein baat ki thi alhamdulillah – aap ko gusul har roz nai karna hai lekin wuzu har namaz ﺻﻼة ke liye karna hai.

Wuzu apne jism ke chaar hisson ko paani se saaf karna, dhona hai. Lekin wudu karne se pehle hamein apne jism ka saaf hona zaroori hai. Iska matlab hai ke jab hum baitul-khala istemaal kartey hain to hamein khud ko saaf karna hai. Dhoney ke liye behtareen cheez paani hai. Lekin kuch logon ke paas riayat hoti hain, kuch paani ka istemaal nahi kar saktey, ya shayad kuch jagaaho par unke paas paani nahi hota hai. Pehlay ke zamaane mein, woh pattharo ya darakhton ke kuch patto se pochtey thay lekin aaj kal hamarey paas toilet paper hai. Agar aap ke paas dhoney ke liye paani nahi hai ya aap dhoney ke liye paani istemaal nahi kar saktey, to aap toilet paper istemaal kar saktey hain, sharam-gaah ko pochley kam se kam 3 martaba, ya 5 martaba, ya 7 martaba, ya 9 martaba. 9 martaba se ziyada nahi karna kyuki phir ye waswasa وﺳوﺳﺔ [shaitani sargoshi] jaise hai, ye bahut jyada hai. Lekin tab tak pochey jab tak aapko itmenaan hojaye. Ye safaai ke liye hai.

Iske alawa, achhi safaai ke liye – kyu ke kuch log yeh nahi jantey hain, hamein apney sharam-gaah (zer-e-naaf) ke baal nikalna zaroori hai. Agar aap kar saktey hai har haftey, ya har doosray haftey, ya kam se kam har 40 roz mein apney sharam-gaah aur baghal ke baal nikalna zaruri hai. Doosri jagey sirf khoobsurti ke liye hoti hain, lekin inko saaf rakhna padta hai kyu ke dhoney ya pochne ke baad bhi, kabhi kabhi najasa ﻧﺟﺎﺳﺔ, gandagi, reh jati hai aur yeh acha nahi hota isliye hamein in jagaaho ke baal nikalna zaroori hai. Isme sharam karney wali koi baat nahi hai haya’ fi ad-deen ﺣﯾﺎء ﻓﻲ اﻟدﯾن (deen me koi sharam nahi) hamein yeh kehne mein sharam mehsoos nahi karni chahiye. Lihaaza agar aap waqt nahi nikal paa rahey hain, to kam se kam har 40 roz mein, aapko niji jagaho ke baalon ko nikalna zaroori hai.

Aur jab hum paak ho chukey ho, humney apne aap ko ponch liya, hamein is baat ko yaqeeni banana hai ke hamarey libaas mein bhi koi najasa, gandagi, na rahey. Mardon ke liye yeh hai jisey istibra ْاستبرة kehtey hain. Shayad kuch khawateen ke paas shauhar ya bachhay hai jinko woh bata sakey, kyu ke mardon ke mamlaat khawateen se mukhtalif hotey hai. Istibra’ استبرة thoda intezaar karey jab tak ke peshab mukammal taur par aana band na ho jaye. Peshab kartey waqt kabhi aisa hota hai ek ya do qatray peechay reh jayein, isiliye inhe intezaar karna hai, ya shayad khaans ley, intezaar karein jab tak ye do teen qatrey bahar nikal jaye aur phir yeh saaf hai.

Kyu ke ek roz Rasool Allah ﷺ ek qabrastaan ke samney se guzar rahey thay to aap ne farmaya : ”In dono qabro mein in logo ko azaab diya ja raha hai.”

Unhoney poocha : ”Kyun, ya Rasool Allah ?”

Aapne jawaab diya : ”Kyu ke woh apne aap se peshab ko saaf nahi kar rahey the. “

Lihaza aap ko is baat ka khayaal rakhna hai ki aapki sharam-gaah/niji jagah mukammal taur par saaf hai aur aap ke zair-jama aur kapde saaf ho, najasat mein na ho.

Ijazat hai, agar aap khud se saaf nahi kar pa rahey hai, ya aap akelay hain aur aap khud ko saaf nahi kar saktey, aisey mein jaiz hai kapdey ka 1/3 (ek tihai) hissa ganda reh gaya ho. Lekin iska matlab hai ki aap harkat karney se qaasir hai, aapki madad ke liye koi nahi hai, aisi soorat-e-haal mein gandey kapdey pehennay ki ijazat hai. Doosri soorat mein, sirf aap ke kapdo par anguthay jitney hisse ki gandagi ki ijazat hai, agar yeh aap ke anguthay jitney hisse se jyada hai to aapko isey saaf karna hoga. Ya to aap usay saaf karley ya apne kapdey tabdeel karley. Aap is hisse ko saaf karley aur agar yeh aap ka zair-jama ya kuch aur hai, to usay tabdeel karley. Aur yeh safai ke liye hai.

Wuzu ke liye, hum ‘Bismillahi Ar-rahman Ar-rahim’ se aaghaz karte hain. Hum niyyat karte hain :‘Nawaytu al-wudhu‘ ‘نوايت الوضوء

Mein wuzu karne ki niyyat karti hu. Isliye ‘Audhu billahi min ash-shaytani ar-rajeem‘ Bismillahi Ar-rahman Ar-rahim Nawaytu al-wudhu

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم : ‘بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ نوايت الوضوء

Ye sab sunnat hai. Humein teen martaba paani apne muh ka kulla karna hai, aur apni naak ko paani se teen martaba: Yeh sunnat mu’akkadah ﺳﻧﺔ ﻣؤﮐده hai, woh kuch jo Rasool Allah ﷺ  hamesha karte rahey. Pehla fard ﻓرض, pehla farz amal hai apne chehray ko sir ke balon ki lakeer se lekar apni thuddi ke neechay tak paani se dhona. Aur jo paani aap istemaal karte hain, ye yaqeeni banaye ke null bohat zyada ya bohat kam na khula ho, lekin darmiyan mein ho.

Rasool Allah ﷺ farmatey hai: “Agar tumharey samney neher ho aur tum wuzu kar rahey ho, to usey zaya na karo”. Jab hum paani letay hain to hum usey apne chehre par chidaktey nahi, mana hai. Is tarah karey, thoda sa paani daley, aur chehra dholey. Chidakna nahi hai.

Uskey baad apney baazu ko apni kohni tak dholey, apni kohni samait, aap isey teen martaba doley. Yaqeeni banaye ke paani har taraf pahonch jaye, apne aapko ya apney kapdo ko gila kiye bagair! Isey zehni taur par, aahista se aur ehtiyaat se karey. Yaqeeni banaye ke paani aap ke baazu ke kohni tak pahonch jaye, kohni ke andhrooni hisse samait. Pehle daayein taraf teen martaba aur phir baayein taraf teen martaba. Ye wuzu ka dusra farz amal hai. Hamarey liye wudu mein 4 farz amal: apna chehra dhona, apne baazuon ko kohni samaith dhona.

Teesra farz amal yeh hai ke ek martaba haath geela kar ke sirf haath ki hatheli apne sir par rakhen aur dabayein –apne sir ka taqreeban ¼ ( ek chauthai ) hissa. Yehi bas. Deegar mazhab ke mukhtalif tareeqay hain lekin Hanafi mazhab hum sirf yahi kartey hai. Aap ye ek martaba kartey hai, teen nahi sirf ek martaba. Woh isey masah ﻣﺳﺢ kehte hai, ye to dhona bhi nahi hai, ye pochna hai. Apne haath ko geela kar ke sir par masah karna hai.

Phir aap saaf karey apney kaano ke andar aur unkay peechey aur gardan ko ek martaba, giley hath se karey. Yeh sunnat ghair mu’akkadah ﺳﻧﺔ ﻏﯾر ﻣؤﮐده hai. Agar aap karna bhul jaye to koi baat nahi. Agar aap isey hamesha kartey hai to behtar hai. Masah karna kaano ke andar, uskey peechey aur gardan ke peechey, ek martaba.

Wuzu ka chautha farz (amal) ye hai ke apne pairon ko takhnay tak teen martaba dholey, aur yaqeeni banaye ke paani ungliyo ke darmiyan aur takhno tak pahuch jayein. Yeh bhi teen martaba hai. Asal mein ek martaba farz hai, do martaba wajib hain aur teen martaba sunnat hai. Lihaza hum isey karna yaqeeni banadey. Agar aap ke paas itna paani nahi hai, to ek martaba dhona theek hai. Lekin ab alhamdulillah hum sab ke gharon mein nulke hai aur paani sab gharonmey maujood hai, isliye ye karna namumkin nahi hai. Yehi wuzu hai.

Iske alawa, hamarey paas tayammum ﺗﯾﻣم hai. Tayammum kiya jata hai wudu, wuzu, ke jagah agar aapke paas paani na ho, ya agar aap paani istemaal karne se qasir hain, ya phir paani istemaal karne se aap ko koi nuksan pahuchega, to aisey me aapke liye tayammum karna jaiz hai. Tayammum ka matlab masah karna hai bahut saaf mitti par, zameen. Iske do farz amal hai, farz. Ek ye ke aap ka niyyat karna. Tayammum ek pehlu me wuzu se mukhtalif hai, jab aap wuzu kartey hai, to aapki niyyat sirf wuzu ki hoti hai. Aur phir isi wuzu se, aap namaaz padh saktey hai, aap Quran ki tilaawat kar saktey hai, aap tawaaf kar saktey hai, aap do waqt ki namaaz bhi isi wuzu ke sath padh saktey hai agar aapney wuzu todha na ho to. Lekin tayammum ke sath, jo bhi ibaadatey aap karney ja rahey hai, aapko tayammum ki niyyat ke sath uski niyyat karni padegi. Agar aapko namaaz padhni hai, to niyyat karey ke ‘mai namaaz, salah, ke liye tayammum kar rahi hu’ ya ‘mai Quran ki tilaawat ke liye tayammum kar rahi hu’.. aur aisey baki bhi… Isiliye tayammum ke liye niyyat mein batana hoga jo bhi aapko karna hai, misaal ke taur pe namaaz, quran ki tilaawat, tawaaf karna..wagairah. Agar aap tayammum karke namaaz padhte hai to Quran ki tilaawat karney ke liye aap ko dusra tayammum karna hoga. Aap do waqt ki namaaz ek tayammum ke sath nahi padh saktey, balki har namaaz ke liye naya tayammum karna hai.

Tayammum karne ke liye aap ko saaf zameen par haath maarney ki zaroorat hai, yeh kisi bhi kisam ka ho sakta hai, ye khaak bhi ho sakta hai, ye sang-e-marmar bhi ho sakta hai lekin isme koi aur cheez na ho: saada sang-e-marmar, yeh rayt bhi ho sakta hai, koi bhi cheez jo khushk aur saaf zameen ho. Aur aap ko yaqeeni karna hai ke yeh saaf ho. Yahan tak ke ek deewar bhi, agar saaf hai. Aap sirf niyyat karey ‘mein tayammum ki niyat karti hu tawaaf karne ke liye’ (misaal ke taur par) .

Phir aap apna haath saaf zameen par lagaye aur ek martaba apne chehray ka masah karley, aur doosri martaba aap apna masah karey dayein haath ka kohni tak aur phir apne baayein haath ka kohni tak. Yehi hai tayammum. Phir aap namaz padh saktey hai, quran ki tilaawat kar saktey hai, tawaaf kar saktey hai. Yahan tak ke baaz auqaat jab aap ko kisi jagah jana padhta hai ya aap sona chahtey hai, aap tayammum kar ke so saktey hai. Yeh theek hai, ye wuzu jaisa hi hai agar aapke paas wuzu karney ki koi jagah na ho.

Tayammum gusul ke liye bhi hai, iska ka bhi (zikr) Quran mein hai, jab aap ko gusul ki zaroorat ho aur aap ke paas paani nahi hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ Gazwa, jung, ke liye ja rahey thay apne lashkar ke sath aur chand mardo ko gusul ki zaroorat pesh thi lekin gusul karney ke liye paani kaafi maujood nahi tha, paani sirf peenay ke liye kaafi tha. Phir ayah karima (muqaddas ayat) naazil huyi, ’Tayammum karey ﺗﯾﻣم ’, Aur phir wo khud ko saaf karney lagey aur gusul ki niyyat se tayammum karliya. Un jagaho par paani kaafi maujood nahi tha.

Aur tayammum ke liye bhi ek hukum hai, Insha Allah, mein aap ko iske baarey mein bata sakti hu. Aaj kal baat mukhtalif hai, lekin agar koi khatoon mardon ke sath safar kar rahi ho aur vo faut kar jaye, to woh us khatoon ke kapdo ke upar se tayammum kar saktey hain aur yeh janaaze (funeral) ke gusul ki tarah hoga. Kyu ke usey dhoney ke liye koi khawateen maujood nahi hai. Iskey alawa, agar ek mard safar kar raha ho khawateen ke sath aur rastey mein faut ho jaye, aur yeh khawateen iskey qareebi me nahi hain (biwi, beti ya behen), woh iskay liye tayammum kar saktey hai aur yeh janaaze ka gusul اﻟﺟﻧﺎزة ﻏﺳل hoga. Lekin niyyat aisi honi chahiye. Yeh ek qadeem daur ka usool hai jab log paidal ya qafilo mein safar kartey thay.

Behar haal, wuzu ke liye agar aap ke paas ek jagah hai jo aap dho nahi saktey, jaise ki aap ka baazu toota hai, ya pair, ya kuch zakham hai jis ko aap dho nahi saktey, aap masah ﻣﺳﺢ kar saktey hai, jab tak aap puri tarah theek na hojaye usper masah karey. Agar aap ko zakham ya kuch hai, to aap yeh kar saktey hain.

Aur, Khuff ف

ke liye, mest (Turkey ki zabaan mein Khuff) jisay hum apne pairo par pehentay hai. Hamari sard mulko mein hum

yeh  hamesha pehentay hain aur Rasool Allah ﷺ ne Ghazwa ﻏزوة, jung ke waqt inhey pehnay rahey. Aap apna mukammal wuzu karey aur aap khuff pehenley ya mest jo hum isey kehtey hai. Ye aap ke pairon mein 24 ghantay tak reh saktey hai baghair isey hataye 5 waqt ki namaazo ke liye aur aap jo bhi wuzu karte hain. Jab aap wuzu kartey hai to sirf hath gila karley aur mest pe masah karley, ek baar kaafi hai. Ek baar dayein taraf aur ek baar baayein taraf aap ke liye kaafi hai. Har baar jab aap wuzu karte hain to aap sirf 24 ghantay tak uspar maseh karley agar aap ghar mein hain.

24 ghantay baad aap ka wuzu mukammal nahi hota agar aap apna mest nahi utaartay ho. Aapko mest utaarna zaroori hai aur apne pairo ko dobarah dholein, phir aap inhey 24 ghantay tak dobarah pehen saktey hain. Hum mein se jaydatar log isey raat ke waqt utaar detey hai, ye ek alag kissa hai. Lekin agar aap safar kar rahey hain, to aap ko ijazat hai ke aap apna khuff ya mest 3 roz tak pairon me pehenay rahey. Ye tha mest ke liye.

Koi bhi moza mest nahi ho sakta, woh chambday ya aisey mawaad se bani ho jo isme se paani nahi guzarta hai. Issey pehlay unke paas yeh oon cheez bhi thi jo woh banatay hain, jo bohat moti hoti hai, jisay aap pehan saktey hain ya khaimay bana saktey hain, Uzbekistan me isey ‘ketche’ kehtey hai, ketch oon. Woh usse mest banane ke liye bhi istemaal karte hain kyu ke iske zariye paani nahi jata. Aaj kal, paani ke andar jane wale logon ke liye koi mawaad istemaal hota hai, woh bhi issey mest banatey hai, mozay iss mawaad ke istemal se, paani iske zariye nahi jata hai. Ye ek mest ki tarah ho sakta hai, khuff ke taur par istemaal kiya ja sakta hai.

Aur khuff ke liye, agar aapko ek utarney ki zarurat padh jayein, jaise aap jooto ki kharidari karne gaye ho aur aapko ek pair ka khuff utarna padh jayein, to aapko khuff pehenney se pehley dobarah apney pair dhoney hongey. Aap inhey utar nahi saktey aur dobarah pehen nahi saktey. Lekin aap wuzu kartey hai aur khuff pehentey hai, aur aap iss wuzu ko nahi todte hai yeh naya wuzu nahi banatey hai, iss soorat mein aap apne khuff utarkey dobarah se pehen saktey hai, koi masla nahi. Lekin aap ka wuzu jo ek baar toot jayein aur khuff pehen ke naya wuzu karley, phir aap ye utar nahi saktey aur dobarah pehen nahi saktey.

Bahar haal, ye mauzu wuzu ka hai. Aur wuzu karna hum pe farz hai, hamarey aksar ki ibaadat ke amal ke liye. Aur wuzu karne ke liye, aap ka baaligh hona zaroori hai, aapka samajhdar hona zaruri hai. Pagal logon ke liye, ya vo log jo zehni taur per mareez hai unke liye farz nahi hai. Aur baaligh honey ke liye, aapka baloghat ko pahochna hai. Aur musalman hona bhi. Yeh woh tamaam sharait hain jo wuzu ko farz banati hain. Aur paani ka istemaal karney ke kaabil hona. Aur ye bhi ki wuzu karney ki zarurat me hona. Agar aapka wuzu hai to theek hai, Agar aap pehley se wuzu hotey huye dobarah se wuzu kartey hai, to ye sunnah hai, ye jyada thawab ( jyada sawab ) hai. Lekin agar aap wuzu tod dete hai to aap ko dobarah wuzu karna padega. Lekin aapka wuzu hai aur aap wuzu pe wuzu (wuzu pe dobarah wuzu) kartey hai, to ye hai ‘nurun ala nur’, noor pe noor. Aur bhi kuch jo aapke wuzu ko ghair zaruri banata hai, jaise aap ki mahwari/haiz, ya aapki aulaad hojaye, aur aulaad ke baad, nifas, agar ye sab apko nahi ho raha hai to aap wuzu kar saktey hai. Aur jab do namaazo ke darmiyan waqt bahut kam ho, aur aapko wuzu fouran karna hai, aur namaaz padhna hai.

Hajjah Anne hamein wuzu ka qissa suna rahi thi. Hum apna chehra ya baazu kyu dhotay hain, aur apna sir aur pair. Allah Azza Wa Jalla ne Hazrat Adam se farmaya ke darakht ko hath na lagana. Hum apne chehrey kyu dhotay hain? Kyu ke woh darakht ki taraf ja rahey thay, wahan dekhtey huve. Isiliye hum apne chehrey dhotay hai. Aur hum apne haath dhotey hai, apne baazu dhotay hain kohni tak kyu ke woh darakht se phalo ko lekar mun mein daal rahey they. Aur hum kyu apne siro ka masah kartey hai? Kyu ke woh pachtaa rahey thay aur keh rahey thay ki ‘maine kya kar diya?’ (apne sir par haath rakh kar). Isiliye ham apne siro ka masah kartey hai. Aur hamarey pair bhi dhotey hai kyu ki woh darakht ke paas chalkar gaye. Yeh hai wuzu ka waqia.

Mawlana Sheikh Nazim aur Mawlana Sheikh Mehmet ne kabhi bhi wuzu ke baghair qadam nahi rakha. Mawlana Sheikh Nazim, apne aakhri ayyaam mein wuzu nahi kar saktey thay, isiliye unke nazdeek ek qudrati sang-e-marmar ka patthar hota tha aur vo har martaba tayammum karte, Subhan Allah. Lekin jo shakhs mukammal taur par wuzu karta hai aur musalsal wuzu mein rehney koshish karta hai, hamesha wuzu karta hai, yeh is shakhs ke liye hifaazat hai aur woh jo kuch bhi karey, uske liye hamesha sawab likha jata hai. Unko unkey achhey aamaal ke badley izaafi sawaab ﺛواب diya jata hai.

Qiyamat ke roz, jin logon ne hamesha wuzu qayaam rakha, unke chehray noorani ho jayengey aur unki khoobsurti Hazrat Yousuf jaisi ho jayegi. Rasool Allah ﷺ ke baad Hazrat Yousuf sabse khoobsurat insaan banaye gaye. Aur yeh bhi kaha jata hai ke Hazrat Adam bhi bohat khoobsurat hai, bahot haseen hai. Roshni, noor aur husn Hazrat Yousuf ki khoobsurti jaisa. Aur un ke siro par Hazrat Sulaiman ki tarha taaj hoga. Aur vo apni qitaab apney daayein haath se lengey. Aur woh Sirat [pul sirat] ke paar aisey jayenge jaise woh udh rahey ho, kyu ke woh hamesha wuzu karte rahey. Wa min Allahi At-tawfeeq. Yeh hai waqia wuzu ka Insha Allah.

Hamaray paas ek aur choti baat hai, Insha Allah yeh aap ke liye itni lambi nahi hai. Yeh khana khaney ke baray mein hai, jab hum khana khatey hai. Khana khaney se pehley aur baad mein haath dhona sunnah hai. Ek sath baithna bhi sunnah hai lekin aap infradi taur par bhi baith saktey hain, ismey koi masla nahi hai. Aur Rasool Allah ﷺ farsh par baithna pasand farmatay thay. Aaj kal, hamesha maiz maujood hai, koi harj nahi hai agar aap kursi ya zameen par bathain, yeh bhi theek hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ apne baayein pair pe baitha kartey aur apna daya pair thoda uncha rakhtey.

Khane ki shuruwat mein ‘Bismillahi Ar-rahman Ar-rahim’ kehna bhi sunnah hai aur khanay ke pehle dua karna bhi sunnah hai. Khana khatay waqt yeh janna farz hai ‘ ‘ar-rizqu min Allah اﻟرزق ﻣن ﷲ ’, rizq Allah ki taraf se hai,  jo Allah hamein deta hai, hum usay khatay hain, jo Woh hamein nahi deta, hum nahi khatay. Aur yeh bhi ke aap ka khana halal ho, aap ko yeh yaqeeni banana hoga ke aap vo cheezey na khayein aur nah peeyein jo islam mein mamnoo hain; aur yeh ke aap usay halal / ﺣﻼل tareeqay se kamaain. Aur yeh bhi ke jab aap khana khaley, aur koshish karey Allah ki raah mein rehney ki,‘ala ‘at-ta’a ﻋﻠﻰاﻟطﺎﻋﺔ, farmabardar rahey, is tawanai ko Allah ki raah mein istemaal karna aur kashish karey haram ﺣرام se door rehne ki, vo cheezey jisey mana kiya gaya hai. Is ke alawa, khaney par khana acha nahi hai, yeh aisa hai ke jab aap ka maidah bhar jayein aur aap zyada khana khatey hain, khanay par khana. Yeh karney ki ijazat nahi hai. Iskey alaawa, khana khatey waqt aapko ijaazat nahi hai kisi mouseeqi ya raqs ya Allah Azza Wa Jalla ke haraam kardah koi cheezey jaise raqs ya sharaab ya fir ghair halaal khana. Koi bhi haraam cheezey nahi honi chahiye aapke khane mein ya jab aap khana kha rahey ho, phir aap ka khana aap ko barakah/ ﺑرﮐت aur shifa / ﺷﻔﺎء deta hai .

Aur yeh sunnah hai ke hum itna hi ley jitna hum kha saktey hain. Hamein apni riqabi mein khana nahi bharna chahiye aur iska aadha hissa nahi phenkna chahiye. Yeh haraam hai. Jitna kha saktey ho itna hi lena aur apni riqabi ko roti se saaf karna sunnah hai, aur riqabi me kuch bhi khana na chodna, Aur yeh bhi ke jo aap ke samnay hai usmey se lena, aur kisi dosray shakhs ke samnay ki riqabi se na lena. Jo kuch aap ke samnay hai usmay se lijiye aur thoda sa lijiye. Aur yeh bhi ke chhotey chhotey lukmey muh bhar ke khayein aur agar aapke paas roti ke tukre ho to issye khayein .

Aur ye bhi ke Rasool Allah ﷺ farmatey hai : “Koi roz aisa nahi tha jisme mera maidah mukammal bhara hua ho.” Unka ka maidah kabhi bhi mukammal bhara nahi hota tha. Rasool Allah ﷺ khana honey par kha letey lekin unka maida mukammal nahi bhartey. Woh khaney se uthkar dua kartey jab aadha maidah bhar jata. Yehi baat ab science ke taur pe bhi saabit ho chuki hai ke aap ko apna maidah zyada nahi bharna chahiye, yeh sab kuch tha Nabi Kareemﷺ ki naseehat aur sunnah. Bahot zyada khana na khayein aur khanay par khana na khayein, aur jab aapney aadha ghanta pehlay khana kha liya tha to phir jaldi se mat khana. Yeh aap ke liye ya aap ki sehat ke liye acha nahi hai, aur yeh sunnah nahi hai.

Aur ye bhi sunnah hai, namak se shuru karna aur namak se khatam karna. Aur khanay ke ikhtitam par, jab hum khana kha chukey hai, hamey kehna hai ‘Alhamdulilahi rabbil a’alameen اﻟﺣﻣد رب اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻣﯾن ’ aur hum dua bhi padhtey hai. Agar aap koi dua nahi jantay to aap Fatiha padh saktey hain .

Kuch khawateen pooch rahi hain ke khana pakatay waqt kya padhna chahiye? Agar mumkin ho to wuzu kar liya karey, agar aap paak ho (mahwaari/haiz ya nifas/ ﻧﻔﺎس na hona). Agar aap ka wuzu nahi hai to isse fark nahi padhta, aap padh saktey hai Bismillahi Ar-rahman Ar-rahim. Aap jo bhi kaam karey, usey Bismillahi Ar-rahman Ar-rahim se shuru karey, ye rehmat ke liye hai. Aap har ek pakayi gaye cheezo par 1 martaba Fatiha bhi padh saktey hai, ye bhi rehmat hai aur noor hai tamaam ahley khana ke dilo ke liye, aur deegar ke liye jo ye khana khatey hai, aur ye Shifa ﺷﻔﺎء bhi hai. Aur ye hai waqia khane ka.

Mai apne mashaiykh, apney shaykh ka kissa bhi bayan karna chahti hu. Jis roz tamaam roohey paida ki gayee thi, har tariqat ke shaykh ko apney mureedo ka intekhaab karna tha. Azeem mashaiykh /Grandshaykhs Shahdili اﻟﺷﺎذﻟﯾﺔ ke , Rifa’i  رﻓﺎﻋﻲ ke, Qadiri ﻗﺎدری   ke, ‘Alawi ﻋﻼوي ke, Malami ﻣﻼﻣﺗﯾﺔ ke, aur tamaam azeem mashaiykh 40 mukhtalif tariqat ke, har ek ne is waadein-ke-roz par apney murido ka intekhaab kiya.

Chunachey jab aap har tariqat ke mureedon ko dekhte hain to aapko un mein ek khaas khaka ﺧﺎﮐہ pehchanne me aata hain. Lekin jab Mawlana Shah Naqshband ﻣوﻻﻧﺎ ﺷﺎه ﻧﻘﺷﺑﻧد ki baari aayi apney mureedo ka intekhaab karne ke liye, phir unhone apni ankhein band kar di aur yahan, wahan aur har jagah ishara kiya aur baghair dekhe intekhaab kiya. Isliye Subhan Allah, hum Naqshbandis har qisam ke logon mein sey hain. Hamaray yaha kamtar mein se hai, hamaray yaha alaa mein se hai, hamaray yaha ameer tareen mein se hai, hamaray yaha gareeb tareen mein se hai, hamaray yaha majdhubs mein se hain, hamaray yaha bahot zaheen mein se hain, hamaray yaha har qisam ke log hain, Alhumdulillah.
