Assalamun alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.
Duniya bhar ki tamaam khawateen ko Sham-bakhair. Hamarey Ders mein khushamdeed. Yeh hamara sabaq hai insha’Allah Fiqh mein aur Alhamdulillah Mai purjosh hu, Mujhe ummeed nahi thi ke itnay zyada log shaamil hongay, aur, yeh Maulana ki taraf se ek parerta/tehreek hai ke hamein kuch seekhna hai aur kuch seekhana hai.
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Rahim
Hum musalman hai, Alhamdulillah aur qawaid seekhne ke liye, aur mein samajhti hu ke aap mein se bahut log qawaid ko jantay hai lekin “dhakkir (zikr)”, Allah Azza wa Jalla ﻋزوﺟل Quran mein farmata hai, “dhakkir ْذِكْر (“Zikr”), logon ko yaad dilana, kyu ki yaad dilana imaan waalo ke liye yaqeenan mufeed hai.
Fiqh ﻓﻘﮫ , iske maienay hai kisi cheez ko seekhna aur kaamil taur pe amal karna. Yeh hi lafz ka mafhoom hai aur lihaaz-e-shariah yeh seekhna hai ke apni ibaadat ko kis tarah behtar banaya jayein aur usay qawaid ke sath kiya jaye, jaise ke karna chahiye.
Iman إﯾﻣﺎن hum yaqeen rakhtay hai Allah Azza wa Jalla ﻋزوﺟل aur Uski kitaabo, Uske farishto, Uske anbiyaon, Qayamat pe, aur yeh bhi yaqeen rakhtey hai ke taqdeer, achi ya buri dono Allah Azza wa Jalla ﻋزوﺟل ki taraf se hai .
Islam ki bunyaad 5 satoono par hai :
Shahadat اﻟﺷﮩﺎدت yeh kehna hai, ashhadu an La ilaha illa’Llah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulu’Llah
أشهد أن لا إله إلااللهوأشهد أن محمدا رسولالله Yeh sabse pehli cheez hai Islam mein. Jab aap isey ek dafa keh detey hai, to aap musalman ho jatey hai aur, yeh Iman ki shart bhi hai. Agar aap aisa nahi kartey… aap kehtey hai La ilaha illa ‘Llah, aur nahi kehtey Muhammadan Rasulu’Llah, phir yeh mukammal nahi hota. Apne Iman ko kaamil karne ke liye aapko kehna hoga, La ilaha illa’Llah Muhammadan Rasulu’Llah phir aap musalman hai. Aur Islam aur Iman ek sath hai. Iman lana Allah Azza wa Jalla ﻋزوﺟل par aur Iman rakhna Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ mein aur yeh ke Aapﷺ Rasulu’Llah ﷺ hai yehi pehla usool hai Islam ka.
Doosra hai Salah اﻟﺻﺎﻟﺔ , rozana 5 martaba namaaz padhna. Insha’Allah hum aanay walay dino mein iss par baat karne walay hai. Teesra hai Zakat اﻟزﮐﺎة, khairat karna. Chautha hai Sawm رﻣﺿﺎن ﺻوم (roza), Ramzan mein roza rakhna. Aakhri hai Hajj اﻟﺣﺞ , zindagi mein ek baar Hajj par jana.
Allah Azza wa Jalla ﻋزوﺟل ne 23 saalo me Quran ko Rasulu’Llahﷺke paas bheja toh Aap ﷺ aahista aahista apne Sahaba ko sikhatey gaye ke kaise haqeeqi musalman banna hai aur kaisay kaamil insaan aur hamaray rab ke kaamil banday ban saktey hai. Aapﷺ ne inhey kaamil bandagi aur kaamil ibaadat sikhayi .
Quran ke alawa, Rasulu’Llahﷺ ne hamein shikhaya Apneﷺ alfaazo se,“Hadees Sharif ﺣدﯾث ﺷرﯾف” (hadees shareef) se ya Apne ﷺ amaal se, “Sunnat اﻟﺳﻧﺔ” se : Aapﷺ jo kar rahay thay, ibaadat mein Aapﷺ ka tariqa aur Aapﷺ ke amaal se. Aapﷺ ne Quran ki Hadees Sharif se wazaahat ki. Baaz auqaat Quran mein kuch aisa hota hai jo hum nahi samajh patey. Rasulu’Llahﷺ ne Hadees Sharif ke zariye hamein samjhaya. Hamara zehen khudse Quran ko samajhney ke liye tayyar nahi hai kyuki yeh Allah Azza wa Jalla ﻋزوﺟل ka kalaam hai. Isiliye Hadees Sharif maujood hai uski wazaahat ke liye. Hadees-i-Sharif Quran-i-Karim ke sath hai, uskey saayein ki tarha.
Aur Aapﷺ ke zamaaney mein Rasulu’Llahﷺ apne Sahaba اﻟﺻﺣﺎﺑﺔ اﻟﻛرام ko taleem detey thay. Phir, yeh Sahaba taleem detay they Tabi’een اﻟﺗﺎﺑﻌﻧﻲ ko, wo log jo Sahaba Kiram ke baad aaye. Aur Tabi’een apne shagirdo ko taleem detay aur woh badhey aalim ban gaye. Yeh ‘Aalim ( Ulama ) ke pas Hadees aur Quran-i-Karim ka kaamil ilm tha. Woh iski tashreeh karna aur logon ko samjhaana jantay thay takay woh isey asaani se samajh sakey. Un mein se ek hamaray mazhab ke imam hai, Imam Hanafi ﻣذھب الإمام اﻟﺣﻧﻔﻲ. Maulana Sheikh Nazim Hanafi mazhab par thay aur Maulana Sheikh Mehmet bhi. Mai Sheikh Mehmet se ijazat maang rahi thi ye sabaq karney ke liye, ye ders, unhoney mujhse kaha ke mai yeh mazhab al Hanafi مذهب الحنفي par karu.
Imam Abu Hanifa ek badey aalim thay, woh bohat se Sahaba tak pahunche, un mein sab se mashhoor hai Anas ibn Malik (ra), aur vo Tabi’een tak bhi pahunche. Woh bahot sari hadees jantey thay aur bohat zyada ilm rakhtay thay. Woh har hadees par gaur kartey takay dalil talaash kar sakey, aur uski isnad إﺳﻧﺎد / sanad [hadees ki riwayat / tarseel ka silsila] ko saabit kiya ja sake. Unke baad bhi bahut se mazhab hai. Unkey ulama, unke shagird/ talaba, unhi mein se ek Imam Shafi’i اﻣﺎم ﺷﺎﻓﻌﯽ who bhi unke shagird/talaba mein se thay. Imam Malik اﻟﻣﺎم ﻣﺎﻟك aur Imam Hanbali اﻣﺎم ﺣﻧﺑﻠﯽ tareef kartey rahey Imam Hanafi ki, Abu Hanifa Nauman ibn Thabit أبو حنيفة نعمان بن ثابت
Isiliye, insha’Allah, hum mazhab al Hanafi ke mutabiq baat karne ja rahay hai. Agar deegar mazhab se talluq rakhnay wali khawateen ho to woh zaroor janch karley ya bas iss par gaur karey jo hum keh rahay hai insha’Allah kyukay fiqh seekhna aur cheezon ko seekhna farz ﻓرض hai, har musalman par farz hai; khawateen ho ya mard, koi farq nahi padta. Ye farz hai ke aap seekey namaaz kaise padhi jaye, wuzu kaise kiya jaye, gusul kaise kiya jaye, roza kaisay rakha jaye, zakat kaisay di jaye, Hajj par kaise jana hai. Yeh aapki zindagi ki markazi bunyadein hai. Baqi sab kuch iss par se aata hai.
Ab hum shuru kartey hai insha’Allah. Farz ﻓرض , farz do qism ke hotey hai. Ek hota hai Farz ‘ayn ﻓرض ﻋﻧﻲ , jis ka matlab hai har musalman par farz hai. Har musalman ko yeh karna lazim hai, jaise namaaz, roza, wuzu karna, gusul karna, zakat dena, Hajj ke liye jana. Har musalman ko ye har ek cheez karni lazmi hai. Yeh hota hai Farz ‘ayn ﻓرض ﻋﻧﻲ Aap ko yeh lazmi karna hoga. Agar aap yeh nahi kartey hai to Qayamat ke roz yeh aap par makrooz hoga, Allah Azza wa Jalla iske liye puchega.
Doosri qism ka lazim farz hai Farz kifayah ﻓرض ﻛﻔﺎﯾﺔ. Farz kifayah ﻓرض ﻛﻔﺎﯾﺔ ka matlab yeh hai ke agar kuch musalmano ne yeh farz par amal kar liya, to baki ke saare musalman iss se mustasna hai. Maslan kisi jamaat mein agar koi shakhs kehta hai Salamun alaikum اﻟﺳﻼم ﻋﻠﯾﻛم, to yeh sunnat hai. Lekin jawaab dena ‘wa alaikum assalam’ وعليكم السلام yeh hai Farz kifayah ﻓرض ﻛﻔﺎﯾﺔ. Agar jamaat me se kisi ek shakhs ne bhi ‘wa alaikum assalam’ وعليكم السلام jawab de diya to baaki sab log iss se mustasna hai. Agar kisi ne bhi jawaab nahi diya to sabhi log iske zimmedar hongey. Yeh bhi ke agar kisi ko chheenk aaye aur vo kahey ‘Alhamduli’Llah ’الحمدلله , to yeh sunnat hai. Lekin uska
jawaab dena ‘Yarhamuka’Llallah’ ﯾرﺣﻣك ﷲ yeh farz hai; farz lekin Farz kifayah ﻓرض ﻛﻔﺎﯾﺔ. Agar koi ek shakhs keh de
‘Yarhamuka’Llallah’ ﯾرﺣﻣك ﷲ , yeh kaafi hai. Aur Namaaz-e-janaza ki tarah bhi aur mayyat ko gusul dena bhi Farz kifayah ﻓرض ﻛﻔﺎﯾﺔ hai. Agar sirf 1 shakhs dhota hai aur sirf 1 shakhs bhi namaaz e janaza padh lay to ye kaafi hai baki jamaat walo ke liye bhi lekin agar koi bhi nahi karta hai to iss ka hisaab liya jayega. Aisa hi jung Jihad ﺟﮭﺎد mein jatey waqt bhi hai. Yeh Farz kifayah ﻓرض ﻛﻔﺎﯾﺔ hai. Jihad ﺟﮭﺎد sab par farz hai lekin agar kuch log Jihad ﺟﮭﺎد mein jaye, to phir baaqiyo par farz lazmi nahi hai. Lekin agar koi bhi nahi ja raha aur koi bhi kisi cheez ka difaa nahi kar raha, to Qayamat ke roz sab se poocha jaayega .
Wajib واﺟب bhi hota hai. Ye Farz ki tarah mazboot hai, laazmi, iski misalay namazay hai Eid al-Fitr aur Eid al-Adha ki namazay, dono Wajib hoti hai. Hajj ke waqt, theharna ya sona Muzdalifah ﻣزدﻟﻔﺔ mein subah ki namaaz tak, Arafat ﻋرﻓﺎت se anay ke baad, Wajib hota hai Hanafi Mazhab mein. Shafi’i Mazhab mein (waise mein yeh dono ko milana nahi chahti) Wajib hai Mina mein theherna. Aur 3 rakat namaaz raat ke aakhir mein ‘Isha namaaz me,3 rakat witr ﺻﻼة اﻟوﺗر bhi Wajib hai. Fatiha padhna bhi Wajib hai.
Fark kya hota hai Farz aur Wajib mein? Farz Quran aur Hadees mein ek sath hai, iska hukm dono me hai. Wajib, iska hukm Rasool Allahﷺ ne diya hai lekin hadees mutawatir ﻣﺗواﺗر nahi hai. Infiradi log hadees bayaan kartey hai aur yeh sahi ﺻﺣﯾﺢ hadees hai lekin jyada dafa nahi batayi gayi. sirf chand dafa batayi gayi lekin Rasool Allahﷺ ne iska hukm diya tha. To yeh Wajib hai. Aur ye bhi witr wajib, Rasool Allahﷺ iski namaaz padhtey rahey aur farmaya ke isey padha jayein.
2 Sunnatein hoti hai, sunnat muakkadah اﻟﺳﻧﺔ ﻣؤﮐده aur sunnat ghair muakkadah اﻟﺳﻧﺔ غير مؤكدة. Sunnat muakkadah ka matlab hai ke Rasool Allahﷺ ne isey kabhi nahi choda. Iska matlab yeh hai ke Rasool Allahﷺ hamesha isey adaa kartey rahey. Ek misaal hai Muh ka dhona, jab aap wuzu kartey hai. Wuzu mein muh dhona sunnat muakkadah hai. Aur wuzu mein naak dhona bhi sunnat muakkadah hai. Namaazo ke liye, Subah ki namaaz se pehlay 2 rakat padhna bhi sunnat muakkadah hai. Zuhr ki namaaz ﺻﺎﻟﺔ اﻟظﮩر ke liye, Zuhr ki namaaz se pehlay 4 rakat aur Zuhr ke baad 2 rakat padhna bhi sunnat muakkadah hai. 2 rakat padhna Maghrib aur ‘Isha ke namaazo ke baad bhi sunnat muakkadah hai.
Sunnat muakkadah ka matlab hai ke Rasool Allahﷺ ne isey adaa karna kabhi nahi choda. Isiliye aap isey adaa karna nahi chod sakte aur agar aap ne issey adaa nahi kiya to aapko iska hisaab dena hoga. Aaj kal woh kehte hai, “Sunnat mat padho, apne Farz mein se woh adaa karo, jo pehlay chhuut gayi ho.” Nahi, aapko Sunnat padhna hai aur, aur jo chhuut gayi ho woh padhna hai. Aap ke paas bahot waqt hai. Ab ye fashion (tarika) bana diya gaya hai, aisey dikhana sunnat aur muakkadah ko bhi, goya koi ahmiyat nahi rakhti.
Sunnat ahem hai. Ye Rasool Allahﷺ ki sunnat hai. Hum khud pe sharminda hongey Qayamat ke roz agar hum ne Rasool Allahﷺ ki Sunnat par amal nahi kiya. Hum kaisey Aap ﷺ ke Khoobsorat Chehray ko dekhengey aur Aapﷺse Shafa’at talab karenge? aap ko yeh zehen nasheen karna hai aur iska khayaal rakhna hai.
Jaha tak talluq hai sunnat ghair muakkadah ki, to yeh woh hai jisay Rasool Allahﷺ kabhi adaa kartey aur kabhi adaa nahi kartey. Iski misaal hai galay/gardan ke pichley hissay par paani se masah karna hai jab wuzu kartey hai. Aur woh 4 rakat bhi Asr se pehle aur 4 rakat ‘Isha namaaz se pehley, yeh sunnat ghair muakkadah hai. Phir bhi, Maulana Sheikh hamesha isay adaa kartey hai, kabhi bhi nahi chodtey… Yeh Sunnatein hai Rasool Allahﷺ ki insha’Allah hum iski taraf aarahey hai .
Mustahab bhi hai. Mustahab ﻣﺳﺗﺣب woh cheez hai jis ki Rasool Allahﷺ naseehat kartey lekin agar aap ispar amal nahi karte hai to aap gunehgar nahi hongey lekin agar aap iss par amal kartey hai to aapko sawab ﺛواب milega, Mandub ﻣﻧدوب bhi hai. Jiska matlab hai ke yeh karna munasib hai. Agar yeh aap ke liye acchi cheez hai to aap isey karley.
Iske baad hota hai Makruh ﻣﮑروه. Makruh tanzihi ﻣﻛروه ﺗﻧزﯾﮭﻲ, yaani yeh Mustahab ke qareeb hai, yeh gunah nahi hoga lekin isey karna acha nahi hota hai. Ek Makruh cheez jaise na-pasandeeda cheez karna hai. Ek misaal yeh hai ke agar aap ek chotey talaab se wuzu karein jahan chhotey parinday paani piya kartey hai to is jagah se wuzu karna na-pasandeeda kaam hoga lekin ye mamnoo nahi hai. yeh tanzihi hai, yaani yeh halal ke qareeb hai, haraam ke nahi.
Makrooh tahrimi ﻣﻛروه ﺗﺣرﯾﻣﯽ hai, ke yeh na-pasandeedah hota hai, yeh gunah nahi hai lekin agar aap isey kartey
hai, to yeh zyada haraam ke qareeb hoga halal ke muqabley mein. Isliye isey chod dena isey karne se behtar hai. Ek misaal hai, wuzu karna aise jagah ke paani se jaha se badey jaanwar peetey ho. Yeh mukammal taur par saaf nahi hota hai lekin agar aap ke paas koi ikhtiyar nahi ho to aap wuzu kar sakte hai lekin yeh makrooh hai .
Yeh bhi cheezey hai Mubah ﻣﺑﺎح. Mubah jaaiz hota hai. Yeh un aam cheezon ke liye hai jo aap kartey hai. Kuch aam cheezay jo aap kar rahay hai, aap gunehgar nahi hotey hai lekin aap ko iska koi ajr, sawab bhi nahi milta. To yeh hoti hai Fiqh ki ibtida.
Aur ek khatoon ne gusul ﻏﺳل ke baray mein pucha. Hum gusul ke baray mein baat karne ja rahay hai aur phir ikhtitam karenge insha’Allah. Gusul apne jism ko saaf karna hai. Gusul hamaray liye ek ahem shart hai hamari zindagi mein bahot si cheezay karney ke liye aur ibaadat ke liye bhi .
Islam paani ko pasand karta hai. Allah Azza wa Jalla farmata hai, “Maine har jandaar cheez ko paani se banaya,” Quran Karim. Isiliye ibaadat ko sahi (sahih) karne ke liye hamein apne jism ko pak karna hai, ibaadat gaah ko saaf rakhna hai aur apne kapdo ko bhi saaf rakhna zaroori hai. Gusul ke liye, sabse pehle hamein apney jism ko hadath ﺣدث se pak karna hoga. Hadath ke maeinay hai ki aap ke jism ko kuch aisa ho jaye jisay saaf karne ki zaroorat hoti hai, jaise safai karna najasat/ najasah ﻧﺟﺎﺳﺔ se, jab aap baitul-khala jatey hai to aapko khudko dhona hota hai, fir aap wuzu kar sakte hai.
Ibaadat ki pehli shart hai gusul karna, agar apko iski zaroorat hai to. Gusul ke liye aapko nahana zaruri hai sir se paon tak. Pehla yeh ke jab aap ke haiz khatam ho jaye to aap ko gusul karna hoga. Jab aap ka baccha ho jaye 40 roz mein jab aapka khoon behna band ho jaye tab aap ko gusul karney ki zaroorat hai namaaz shuru karne aur Quran padhne ke liye, Hajj pe jaaney ke liye bhi, tawaf karney ke liye ya phir masjid me dakhil honay ke liye, aapko gusul karney ki zarurat hai. Aur teesra, jab aap ka apne shauhar se talluq/ mubashrat hota hai. Gusul ki chauthi wajah mardon ke liye zyada hai. Jab woh baloghat ko pahonchtey hai aur unhey ehtelaam(geeley khwaab) aatey hai. Issey ehtelaam/ Ihtilam إﺣﺗﺎﻟم kehte hai jab ladka neend se uthne par khud ko geela paata hai to iska matlab hai ke iske liye usay gusul karney ki zaroorat hai.
Gusul ke liye aap pehley niyyat ﻧﯾﺔ karey. Aap ne yeh niyyat karni hai ke “Mai gusul karti hu paak honay ke liye issey (aur aap bayan karey apni haalat ka naam janabah ﺟﻧﺎﺑﺔ se, haiz se ya nifas se)”. Nifas ﻧﻔﺎس ka matlab hai baccha paida honay ke baad khoon ka behna. Kuch khawateen ka sirf ek hafta hota hai, kuch ka do haftay, kuch ka teen haftay, zyada se zyada 40 roz hota hai. Agar aapko 40 roz ke baad bhi khoon beh raha hai, to yeh nifas me shumaar nahi mana jayega. Aap ke paas 40 roz hai, 40 roz pe aap isey khatm karey, 41 roz ko aap ne gusul karna hai, aap ko niyyat karni hai, aur phir aap namaaz adaa karna shuru kardein. Yahan tak ke agar aap ka khoon behna jaari hai, to aap ko har namaaz ke liye ek naya wuzu karna padega. Yeh main aapko baadme bataongi insha’Allah.
Haiz ﺣﯾض ke liye bhi kam-az-kam muddat 3 roz ki hai, zyada se zyada muddat haiz ki 10 roz hai hamaray Hanafi mazhab mein. 10 roz ke baad, yeh haiz nahi mana jayega. Aur 2 haiz ke darmiyaan 15 roz hotay hai, paak. Yahan tak ke agar aap ko khoon aaraha hai agar aap ko bohat zyada aaraha hai, ye bhi ke aap ko dhabbey aa rahey hai, aap ko 10 roz tak ginti karni hai aur jab haiz ke shuruwat se lekar 10 roz khatam ho jaye, 11 roz ko paak shumaar karna hoga aur aap ko gusul karna hoga aur namaaz ki adaayegi ka aagaz karna hoga.
Aur gusul, apne shauhar ke sath talluq/mubashrat ke baad aapko niyyat karni hai gusul karney se pehlay,“Mein niyyat karti hu janabat ﺟﻧﺎﺑﺔ se paak honay ki” yeh niyyat hai .
Hamaray mazhab me, gusul ki teen shartain hai. Apna muh dhona, apni naak dhona aur apne jism ko sir se paon tak dhona, 3 martaba. Aap apney sir se shuru karey phir apney dayien kandhay, baayien kandhey aur aap apney jism ke har konay ko dholey. Agar aap ki kaan mein baaliya hai ya surakh hai to aap ko yeh yaqeeni banana hoga ke paani andar chala jayein. Agar aap ke kaan mein surakh hai, to aap is baat ko yaqeeni banayen ke paani andar jayein, aur aap ke naaf mein bhi aur aap ke nijhi/ sharamgah ke hisse mein bhi.
Aap dhoye pehle daayein taraf phir baayien taraf. Khawateen agar aap ke baal ghanay hai aur unki chotiyan hai, to unke liye sirf sir (khopdi/ sir ke khaal ka hissa) ka geela hona jaaiz hai, chahe unke baal geelay na ho. Unhey choti kholney ki zaroorat nahi kyunkay yeh mushkil hai, aur unke liye iss tarah gusul karna jaaiz hai. Sirf sir (sir ke khaal ka hissa) gila ho, baal, baalo ke geelay honay ki zaroorat nahi. Lekin mardon ke liye, agar unke paas baal mein choti hai, to unhe usay khol kar dhona padega aur apni daadhi ke andar bhi agar woh bohat ghani hai aur moonchein aur unke jism ki har jagah.
Isse pehlay ke aap gusul shuru karey, apni sharamgah ko dholay aur phir wuzu karein jaise aap namaaz ke liye wuzu karte hai. Iske baad aap apna muh dhoye, naak dhoye, 3 martaba aur apne jism ko dhoye. Yeh 3 martaba hai aur gusul ab mukammal hai. Aakhir mein aap apney paon dhoye. Yeh hai gusul pooray jism ke liye. Lazim hai gusul in chaar wajaho ke liye .
Aur Farz kifayah hai, laazim hai mayyat ko gusul dena. Yeh Rasool Allahﷺ ki taraf se bohat munasib aur qabil-e-tareef hoga ke kisi maiyyat ko gusul diya jaye aur is mayyat ke jism par jo kuch nazar aayein ya koi galat cheez jism pe nazar aajayein to usay raaz rakhay. Jisne kisi maiyyat ko gusul diya aur jo kuch woh dekhta hai usay apne tak raaz rakhey, to Allah Azza wa Jalla usay Jahannum se bachata hai .
Insha’Allah anay walay dino mein Mai baat karungi ke janazah ﺟﻧﺎزة kaisay tayyar kartey hai aur kaffan ﻛﻔن kaisay tayyar kartey hai aur Qabar mein kaisay dala jata hai. Khawateen ke liye yeh sirf dhoney tak hai, lekin baqi sirf zehen nasheen karney ke liye hai. Allah aap ko kisi ko nehlanay ka haajat-mand na banayein lekin agar aap ke nazdeek koi mayyat ho aur woh log aap se madad talab karein, to mustahab hai usey dhona .
Yeh sunnat hai ke mayyat ko dhoney ke baad aap gusul karley. Aur sunnat hai Jummah ko gusul karna, Jum’a namaaz. Bahot si Ahadees shareef mein Jummah ke roz gusul karne ke bare me farmaya gaya hai. Ek hadees me, Rasool Allahﷺ farmatey hai, Jummah ke roz wuzu karna aur achay kapdey pehenna achha hota hai lekin ye behtar hai ke Jummah ke roz gusul kiya jayein. Hajj ya Umrah ke liye Ihram إﺣرام ka gusul karna bhi sunnat hai. Aur ye bhi gusul karey Eid ke roz, ya Arafat ke roz, ya Muzdalifah mein, yeh sab sunnat gusul hai. Yehi mashwara hai aur Rasool Allahﷺ isey kartey rahey. Aur muqaddas raato ke liye bhi mustahib hai lailatul-qadr ﻟﯾﻠﺔ اﻟﻘدر, lailatu‘l-bara’a اﻟﺑراءة ﻟﯾﻠﺔ, lailatu‘l-mi’raj ﻟﯾﻠﺔ اﻟﻣﻌراج saal ki muqaddas raatein. Yeh mustahab hai ke in muqaddas raato mein gusul kiya jaye.
Gusul karna bhi mustahab hai agar aap barish ke liye kuch duayein/ namaaz padhte hai, aap mein se aksar ke paas mulko mein bahot baarish hoti hai lekin hamaray mulk mein itni barish nahi hoti. To jab aap baarish ke liye kuch duayein kartey hai toh usse pehlay gusul karna mustahab hai. Agar aap kisi cheez se bahot khaufzada hai aur aap ibadat karna chahtey hai, mustahab hai ki aap gusul karey aur phir namaaz ke liye jayein apni jainamaaz par, namaaz padhey aur sajda kare. Isse pehlay gusul karna mustahab hai. Ye bhi mustahab hai ke jab aap musalman ban jayen to gusul karey, jab aap tabdeel hotey hai Islam mein naye sirey se to gusul karley. Aur jab sooraj girhan hai ya chaand girhan ho to gusul karein, aur jayein, jakey girhan ki namaaz padhey .
Aur jab aap ke yaha zyada hawa ho, ke aap khaufzadah hai ya aap kisi gunah ki maafi maang rahay hai aur aap is par pachta rahay hai. Aap ko gusul karna hai aur namaaz 2 rakat padhni hai tauba ﺗوﺑﺔ ke liye.
Yeh sab gusul ke liye mustehsan wajoohat hai. Gusul ke baad wuzu karna makrooh hai. Aap gusul se pehlay wuzu kartey hai naa ke gusul ke baad. Yeh bhi mustahab hai ke gusul ke baad 2 rakat sunnat-al-gusul ﺳﻧﺔاﻟﻐﺳل padhi jayein.
